a sardar friend of ours invited us t her parents house for a party.she introduced us to her dad and said they are from haryana.her dad said -accha,me bhi haryana me raha hu meri posting hui thi army ki job me karnal aur najabgad.ji me clerck tha army me.
I can not tell u how much i am impressed by the simplicity and honesty of that old man.


 
I met a sardar ji last week in Norway who told us very simply that when he came to that country 35 years ago, he worked for a very long time as a labourer in the fields. Now he owns 6 houses, worth millions.
Leonardo da Vinci said "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication". People complicate their lives unnecessarily.

Earlier jats used to known for simplicity and innocensea and honesty but not anymore. But i have met lotta sardarji's who are simple, intellect and honest.
Might be coz the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence or really they are ???

such sweet people are very rare to find...i'm also in contact of few such people...it gives a nice feeling when we find people giving true respect to their jobs no matter how big or small it pays

bhai dev...if i've understood u correctly...sardaars (especially akaali's) r all jatt (in haryana jaat's), pls update yr records. :):D

south africa is home to maximum no. of indian's residing outside india. most of them r now 4th generation indians. for sugarcane farming lots of ppl were picked up by britishers as slaves, predominantly from tamil nadu nd were brought to SA for farming...u'll find lots of naidoo's nd reddy's in SA

i met one such guy who agn was a 4th generation indian nd i started discussing with him as to how much he remembers india nd does he hv any blood line still resident in india...well he didn't remembered anything like tht, but said...my great great grandfather was a mochi...tell me who's mochi ??? :confused:

i was for a moment perplexed by his innocence but admired his blissful ignorance nd honesty. :)

... Bade bhai saahb may be you are correct but my info says that all sardars are not jatt(jaat) ... i mean if u talking abt history to. They were hindus that true but not all jats. What i heard is Gurugobind Singh made a force to fight against Mughals. There he asked for the eldest son of family to be part of that army and he had to follow some regulations. He called them Khalsa/sardar. Thereafter, this grp turned into a religion. But most among them were jats but not all were jats. There were lotta other cstes too including panjabi, multani, sindhi and aur bhi bahut saari.
Bhai this is a lil info i got from my parent. But if u find me wrong then please correct me, i will be moew than happy.

I lived for 24 yrs in Chandigarh so knew a large number of sikhs...All Sardars are not akalis and vice versa... Most of the akalis are jatt sikhs though...Very few amrit dhaari sikhs these days.. They are definitely very simple people.. I am only talking about jatts, Lot of Aroras also wear turban and are very very cunning. Jatts will never bother anyone unless and untill provoked...

to the best of my knowledge (correct me if i m wrong)...among sardars sum r known as bhatade and ramgarhia's (both non-jatts) these r the class of surds who hv different traits...cunning as classified by sandeep abv.
 
jat koni rahe simple ibb ,iss tagge ki halat hi dekh jo reply by reply complex urr direction change kerta jaa raha hai.:D baat simple si thi urr banti jaa hai sardar kun hain kitne parkar ke hain flana dikda........:D:tamatar

bhai all threads r like tht...changing direction...u c research r still goin' on to improve the AWACS system...agar research complete ho jayegi...then all scud, patriot nd tomahawk missiles will reach there target.

Exactly like in hindus, other communities in sikhism find themselves incapable to swallow jatts.:D They also spread hatred against jatts.
Most of jatts consider themselves from indo-scythian lineage rather than Indo-aryan. indo-aryan concept is widely accepted among hindus. Here the discrimination arises and separation among Jats and jatts prevails.

Making anything simple and then keeping it that way requires much stronger brain power. Removing redundent steps from the activities of day to day life requires lots of understanding and very few people are capable of doing it. Living simple life is akin to writing a computer programme with bare minimum number of steps. Simplicity has its own addiction.

very true sir.sadagi ko kayam rakhnabahut mushkil hai.aur osse bhi mushkil hai osse jhuthbhare dikhaave ki milavat se bacha kar rakhna.par koshish ki ja sakti hai.

RK ji wasie mujhe jyada nahi pata par suna jaroor hai kai jagah ki Nehru ke kapde Videsh mein dry clean hone jaate the plane se. Aur unke liye France wagarah se koi special pakshi(bird) ka meet bhi aata tha flight se. Pata nahi kitna sach hai ya jhooth par kaafi jagah suna hai. If i m wrong or my information is correct then please correct me sir.

Anyway, i also admire few Dr. Rajender Prasad is on top among them.

special pakshi ka meet :D thane taste nai karwaye ke nehru ne.. :rolleyes:jab hi sikayat karan lagrye diko :)

bhai gaam ke bhole dhale to isi baat kare to nue soch le ki bicharo ko maloom nai hoga.. lakin tere mere jise padhe log bi isi baat kare to sachi maie sochne wali baat hai pir to..
