Software Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
# Responsible for defining and maintaining the Quality Management System for a large software organization
# Responsible for quality assurance and quality control processes across multiple projects
# Should have good experience in SEPG/SQA functions in a ISO/CMMI Organization to establish program metrics
# Should have ISO/CMMI implementation experience
# Collect and analyze metrics for all projects and provide them to upper management
# Ensure compliance to processes through regular audits and publish results
# Conduct process audits and training regularly
# Work with global Quality team to ensure process consistency among various sites
Requirements:
# Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
# At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
# Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
# Proven ability to provide direction, leadership and engage team members and manage change
# Strong interpersonal and communication skills
# Good decision making, problem solving and critical thinking skills
