Still, I have a feeling that when in developed countries it is so difficult to get information how effective and efficient will it be in India. But once when things can happen without any financial difficulties I am sure it will do much better for Indian society and reduce corruption.

I believe many government depatments does have computer but nobody knows how to operate them. In my undergrad, we were doing a project for the DTC. It was a very indian experience. All the DTC depot had like 6 computer, only one was bootable and operator hardly knew anything that can be done with it. So that DTC computerization effort was definitely a failure.
