Few suggestions to make the place better and less space consuming:
- Keep an option to delete the crap, useless talks (big reason for raising this point is as I’ve seen on few threads under General Talk head, people are replying obnoxiously……resulting in occupying extra space and making the thread go like waste stuff)
- Remove the automatic locking system option from all threads (due to this almost all the older ones are closed even though they are very informational or appreciable and new members don’t have the choice to reply/present new thoughts…..resulting in starting new related threads.)
- Keep an eye on the related threads if again/ by mistake created by us (I think moderators are not just introduced to manage the people but also to do these tasks…..maybe you are doing this job too…..if not, then this can be done by dividing the sections of Jatland Forums among all moderators.)
- Give an option to us also to delete our threads or replies by our own choice (it will lesson the burden of moderators……options can be like that in mail accounts……to keep or to discard)
- Another point to raise…….moderators can see now that I’ve deleted all the messages from my private messages list but it is still showing a couple of words for every message deleted……can we’ve an option of making it all clean?
I don’t know how good these pointed things are. People might find this itself a big crap but I feel it can give a better look to this place. If yes, then please make the required changes, otherwise close this thread before any other useless reply comes over here.
