Hi

i am currently working with an MNC but i am not very satisfied with the way things are going .Moreover i am not too much into technical things so i am kind of confused so as to which option i should move myself to or which firm can fulfill my requirements as i want to pave my way towards consultancy,HR or something which has to do with public relations so i want to know which are the firms where i can climb up that ladder as i want to continue working and move to a different arena.

Hi Swati...

Consulting is one field you can work out good I guess.... There are companies coming up with profile in this domain coming up.....

Though am not sure of your background in academics.. yet you can try getting into consulting.. A few to list are...

Hill and Associates
Ideas and Solutions
MART
KPMG
AC Nielson
NFO MBL

You can also try with the HR department of naukri.com they are I guess recruiting for their NOIDA office, here I can be of help....

I was just browsing through your Resume and saw a couple of gramatical errors which I took the liberty of correcting. I'm attaching my version of your resume, the changes are in bold and red & the omissions are shown by red dashes.
Have a look and make the changes.

I saw your detailed profile. its very excellent. Good enough to be survive in todays fast growing mkt. I m an Electronics Engineer from NIT, Krukshetra( formally REC). I think u are going in right direction, so concentrate on the same. More over if u want some technical exposure then u can join telecom projects. But don't try in commercial or HR field. I m working with MNC in commercial field in NCR. keeping in view my personnel experinece i would suggest that u should continue in the same field or at most join some telecom project.
