which ond one of thesse granted at end of sessions.why congress made decission that is challeged in court.if both houses passes jats deseved to get sobc then thsn court do not have power to challegge this virdict.govenments makes laws and its court whoimplimements them. coourt does not have power to make laws.courts only have duty to impliment laws thanks

We can not sit idle wishing Central govt. to be sincere in defending this reservation.

We have learned from reliable sources that man behind this petitioner is Mulayam Singh Yadav and a senior advocate of the stature of Venugopal is fighting the case on behalf of this antiJat lobby.

I had discussion with different factions and sincere Jat leadership is taking concrete actions in this regard.Advocate K Sundaram and his team did present our case and let us hope for a good reply from central government .In the mean time intellectuals on this site must see through the fallacy of reasoning on the part of NCBC while denying OBC status to Jat community ,so that same can be conveyed to the team fighting our case.


It is really sad that political activists here are more bothered about how many seats Ajit may loose orChotala and Hooda may gain or loose ....they are not bothered if this reservation got stayed than sacrifice of people who laid their lives and hundreds others who got injuries or face trials in courts may go in vain .

Shame on all these BJP...INLD and Hooda Supporters.

The reservation notification issued by the Government of India to the Jats would remain in force only if it is proved by the Government that it has rejected the recommendations of the NCBC recommendation after 'application of mind'. The advocates on both the sides would try to prove or disprove this fact before the supreme court.

We wish that the cabinet decision file contains sufficient material to show to the court that N C B C recommendation was duly considered and after 'application of mind' the decision was taken to over-rule the recommendation and decision to grant reservation was taken.

More light on the issue could be thrown by some learned lawyers.

The reservation movement leaders did good job to get the Jats a place in OBC quota of centrally reserved category and deserve appreciation for this social service to the community.

Now, instead of talking about generosity of bestowal of reservation right by the central government and demanding back support in the favour of the political party in power at the time at the centre, it would be better if all the Jats concentrate their efforts to defend the rightful claim of the community to have reservation without further politicising this social issue.

Vote according to your choice and

fight for reservation united as a social segment of

community ignored so far without any solid reason and rhyme.

Then, the notification issued would stand valid i.e. the listing of the Jats in OBC list will continue as a valid step.

Dahiya sahab, question should be asked to the INLD infact. They have been operating their shop as pro-jat party. Ironically their stand right from the start has been an 'economic base reservation'. Economic base reservation is equal to saying NO to reservation. So how are they pro-jat in this regard?

If Jats were listed in OBC schedule at the Centre on the pre-condition that they would vote for Congress in times to come, is not known !

If not, then, why they are threatened to be treated as traitors.

If yes, who agreed to this non-sense condition when this condition has not been imposed on other similar category people belonging to OBCs/SCs and STs !

It is our inner conscience what we feel .He said what he felt like.You may feel otherwise and can act as per your conscience.

Jats of Rajasthan got reservation through similar promise and in the same way leaders of Jat community promised same to different central leaders in different meetings .


In this highly charged political atmosphere we can leave these arguments and concentrate on real issues

इस धागे का शीर्षक Supreme Court Notice to Centre on Jat Reservation है, पर यहाँ पर भी मूल शीर्षक से धागे को भटका कर हमेशा की तरह कांग्रेस और भाजपा के विरोधी / सहयोगी पक्ष अपनी अपनी खुन्नस हवा सिंह, कांग्रेस और हुड्डा पर निकाल रहे है .... बागपत में सत्यपाल सिंह ने कहा है कि भाजपा को बोट दो क्योंके मोदी के बजह से जाटों को आरक्षण मिला है .... ....भाई किसी को भी वोट दे दो....

सरकार तो आती जाती रहती है पर यह सच है जाट आरक्षण का नोटीफिकेशन फरबरी 2014 मे इस सरकार ने किया है, क्यो किया ? इसमे हजार कमी है और ज्यादा निकालो क्या होगा? मेरे समझ मे "कुछ नही" से "कुछ" तो बेहतर है... अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट अगर कुछ उल्टा करता भी है, तो हमे अगली सरकारसे उम्मीद रखनी चाहिए ॥ आरक्षण पर हवाई बात तो सही है वह 2-3% की राय हो सकती है पर समाज को आरक्षण की जरूरत है (यूपी मे तो जरूर), आरक्षण मिलने से नई पीडी को निश्चित रूप से फायदा होगा नौकरी ही नही अच्छे संस्थानो मे प्रवेश के अवसर भी अवश्य ही कुछ तो बढ़ेंगे .... जिंहोने AIEEE लिखा होगा,वो मेरिट याद करो Gen 15-18 हजार पर कटओफ और ओबीसी के 40-50 हजार तक जाती थी...

हरियाणा मे इनेलो एकमात्र ऐसी राजनीतिक पार्टी हैं जिस पर जाटों की पार्टी होने का ठप्पा लगा हुआ हैं और ये हकीकत भी हैं क्योंकि इनके वोट बैंक मे सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा जाट वोटो का हैं | 1991 मे जब जाट आरक्षण से वंचित रह गए थे तब चौधरी देवी लाल देश के उप-प्रधानमंत्री थे | आरक्षण की लड़ाई जाट काफी लंबे अर्शे से लड़ते आ रहे हैं | इस लड़ाई के दौरान जिस नेता ने इस मांग को या आंदोलन का सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान पाहुचाया वो हैं चौधरी ओमप्रकाश चौटाला जिनहोने हमेशा आर्थिक आधार की बात करके ब्राह्मण जैसी दूसरी जातियों को जाटों के विरुद्ध उकसाया , सिर्फ अपने राजनीतिक फायदे के लिए | क्या ये जाट नहीं हैं ? क्या इनको अपने समाज के लिए कोई चिंता नहीं ? समाज के लिए इनका कोई फर्ज नहीं ? जिस समाज ने हमेशा इनकी पगड़ी की आन बान शान बनाए रखी और आज भी कुछ बहके हुए समाज के लोग इनके लिए लड़ रहे हैं |
चौधरी भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुड्डा व चौधरी अजीत सिंह के प्रयासो से जाटों को केंद्र मे आरक्षण मिला | सब कुछ खिलाफ होते हुए भी इन दोनों नेताओ ने जाटों को आरक्षण दिलवाया इसके लिए शाबाशी तो गई भाड़ मे कुछ बहके हुए लोग उल्टा इन्हे ही कोस रहे हैं | आज जब आरक्षण को कोर्ट मे चुनौती दी गई तो इसकी सबसे ज्यादा खुशी गैर जाट को शायद ही हुई हो जितनी की इनेलो के जाट वर्कर को हुई हैं | क्योंकि इन लोगो को जाट समाज से मतलब नहीं सिर्फ सत्ता से मतलब हैं | और मुझे नहीं लगता की ऐसे लोगो मे जाट का कोई अंश हो , कहीं न कहीं गड़बड़ मिलेगी !
वैसे इस चौटाला परिवार का इतिहास देखे तो हमेशा से ये जाट विरोधी रहे हैं | जब किसान समाज के लिए रहबर-ए-आज़म चौधरी छोटूराम लड़ाई लड़ रहे थे तो उनको काले झंडे दिखाने वालों मे मुख्य लोग पंजाबी आरोड़े ,खत्री होते थे या फिर हिन्दू महासभा वाले होते थे , जाटों मे उस महान इंसान को काले झंडे दिखाने वाला सिर्फ एक ही इंसान था चौधरी देवी लाल ! इस पर चौधरी छोटूराम ने देवी लाल को काफी समझाया परंतु जब वो नहीं माने तो चौधरी छोटूराम ने देवी लाल जी को कहा " छोरे तू एक दिन बड़ा नेता तो जरूर बनेगा पर सड़क का " | और ऐसा ही हुआ बड़ी कुर्सी (उप-प्रधानमंत्री की हो या मुख्यमंत्री की ) तक पहुचने पर भी उस पर ज्यादा दिन नहीं टिक पाते थे , सारी उम्र सड़कों पर संघर्ष मे बिता दी |
जब भी कोई जाट आगे बढ़ता दिखा उसकी इस परिवार ने हमेशा खिलाफत की चाहे वो चौधरी छोटूराम हो या चौधरी चरण सिंह , चौधरी बंसी लाल , चौधरी बलराम जाखड़ या फिर जब यूपी मे चौधरी अजीत सिंह की मुख्यमंत्री बनाने की बात आई तो उनको न बनवा कर मुलायम सिंह यादव को बनवाया , जिस मुलायम ने बाद मे फौज मे जाटों का कोटा घटाया और आज इनहि मुलायम सिंह की आर्थिक सहायता से जाट आरक्षण को कोर्ट मे चुनौती दी गईं हैं |
जाटों अब भी संभाल जाओ कब तक बहकते रहोगे , समाज को बचा लो नहीं तो ये तथाकथित जाट नेता जाट समाज को खो देंगे |
आज जब ये वोट मांगने आए तो इन्हे कहो की अब वोट भी आर्थिक आधार पर मांगो |
