Correct me if I m wrong it was becoz of some people PIL against Kalmadi conduct jiski wajah se Common Wealth mei misuse huye resources ka pata chala .Those 11 ( I guess there were 11 petitioners including Kiran Bedi ) do not have to go to court for trials . Govt has filed case against Kalmadi n did all chakkar .

As a responsible citizen they reported some malpractice rest is Govt Call .

I know he is still not convicted , but do not u all think agar koi PIL dalta hi nahi , toh we would have never known about same , GOVT as usual ......whatever......
So folks kissi ko toh shuruaat karni padegi .

Hold on. Andha khata hai isliye to 28 saal lag gaye ek decision aane me. Court kachari ke chakker aadmi ke hath dharti me lagwa diya kare aur wo isliye kyuki hmara judicial system nikkama hai. First you fight for justice, then you fight for survival. There are many cases where PIL is filed and the person who filed the PIL has to go on every "taarikh" and if he/she doesn't appear even once (even after providing documents to justify the absence), they will be slapped with a notice that if you dont come next time, there will be a non-bailable warrant against them. Aur jiske against PIL hai wo aram se aish karta rhta hai chahe wo koi single person ho ya fir koi sarkari mahakma.

System is corrupt to the core kyuki system banaane wale corrupt hai. It is the govt who makes all the laws and implements them. Kya lagata hai, agar police wale roj checking ke liye khade ho har chaurahe par to koi rule todega? par wo jaan bhuj kar mahine me 1-2 din khade hote hai apne targets to meet karne ke liye taki log relax ho jaye aur rules todte hue pakde jaye.

Dear no clue about same , guilty as charged I was not aware that those who file PIL has to undergo such process. As per my info he has asked for some explanation and others has to answer him back in due frame of time .
 
What you are talking about is RTI. A PIL is filed when you feel there is something wrong that has been done which hampers/hampered public interest. Wiase aajkal iska bhi bahot misuse ho rha hai paise kamaane ke liye.

Desi humari niyat developed countries mei kyon kharab nahi hoti!
Indians bahar jaake saare rules kyon follow karte hain. aur jo nahi karte unhe saja haath ki haath mil jaati haii
Kyan un logon ko system saja nahu deta?
Kya unhe jald hi system nahi pakadta?

We are forgetting that people who control the system also come from with us, until we improve nothing will.

Seems you have never been to courts.

You are talking of 28 yrs and itna andha khata. Read this : "In India people die in jails without even getting a single hearing and even serving more than the maximum stipulated punishment for the supposed crime for which they were arrested".

The news that you hear related to Kalmadi etc. are just an eye wash that works for the system; so that people continue to believe in it and work hard for earning money for few who controls the system.
Do you believe that for all that big scandal which brought so much shame to the country, only one person was responsible? Was he all that powerful that he could give contracts to any one, even sidelining the powerful politicians? What were the intelligence and monitoring agencies doing? What was the CM office doing? Kalmadi was "the escape got" for the system.
