choonki ladki ka pita rehdi lgaata tha, paise ka abhaav saaf jhalakata hai. Us ladke ne usko 2-3 bar motr-cycle par ghumaya hoga or ice-cream khilayi hogi to wo "khush" hoke uspe bharosa karne lag gayi hogi. Prantu usne us ladke ki mansha pe dhyaan hi nahi diya. us ladki ke sath jo hua wo atyant hi galat hua. bhrose ka matlab ye nahi ki uska jaise chahe waise fayda utha liya jaye. ladki ke sath bi waisa hi hua. uske bhrose ka katal kiya gya. ladke evam uske sathiyo ko iske liye fansi ki saja se kam kuch bhi nahi milna chaiye.

Everything is based on assumptions here. Ladki ne ghar pe kuch nahi btaya iske 2 matlab ho sakte hia (faltu bhi ho sake se):

Ladki ko apni galti pe sharam mehsus hui or use laga ki uski "galti" ki vjh se ab gharwalo ki bejjati hogi isliye wo chup rahi. jo khabar yha chipkayi gayi hai uske hisab se ye kahi bhi sapsht nahi hota ki report gahrwalo ne likhwayi ya padosiyo ne?? it suggests that when everyone came to know in the house, report was registered, by who? not clarified.

i have gone through n number of such cases in courts, since last 5/6 years the court trend is totally tanscand. Even if court found a single evidence against the accused person then the conviction happened.
People always critise the system but they never see the realities, let me know earlier before 7/8 years how many such cases were reported, but now even the person may be strongest or powerful can not escape from the cultched of law. Example are a lot its up to you how much you count, 2G specturm, Murder cases against politicians blah blah.
I accept the fact that our judical system is based on the theory of innocense . proved guilty beyond reasonable doubt and every accused person is subject to fair trail in court of law, even if there is clear case against them example Kasab jamai of India. up to some extent the same is right on the basis principle of natural justice. nhi to ye human rights NGO aale Govt ke lathi de denge.
on the contrary, only 10/15 % cases are report in our society, and such cases are reported by girl when some one form their family or relative or other known spoted them, otherwise she continue to injoy the sexual relationship. Have also gone through where girl is in active participation of act but take 180 when cought by someone.
Although its crime against society and anyone form society can go for compliant but then it became very deficult to established the fact of case until unless the person against whom cirme has been committed come forward.
the same case like Ambala on which this thread was start, happened in west bengle and accused was hanged till death, even there were lot of resistant and opposed by the social activities and human rights activities,but that has been set as a precendence for such crime.

Chahe ye case ladki ki sehmati se hua ho ya dhoka dekar ya jabran is baat se jurm ki sangeenta kam nahi hoti. Kanoon mein 18 saal se kam umar ki ladki se vivah karke sex karna bhi rape hai aur uski saza bhi wahi hai.

How can people even discuss the possibility of the girl also being responsible in this case. She was only a 14 yr old kid. She probably couldn't have thought of something like gang rape even in her dreams. It shows the general mentality of always trying to find some mistake with the girl's behaviour in any such case. It is a premeditated heinous crime and the guys are solely responsible.

She had mobile phone given by that guy so this clearly means she knew that man before and in relation with.
Why nobody is questioning family of girl? were they sleeping? why nobody is blaming them? Being in India you can say that she was a kid as legal age is 18 but that doesn't mean that girl was fool.I am not sure but i feel that this was not the first time.earlier no of guys involved was four now they are six. I am not saying that the guys were not wrong but family of girl and girl herself were also guilty at some points.

If it had been a case of sex between the girl and the guy, one can say that the girl was also somewhat responsible for whatever happened. My point was that the guys were solely responsible for the 'gang rape'. They very well knew what they were doing was wrong.

True, the girl couldn't have probably thought of gang rape but she is also responsible for having undesirable relationship with one of the culprits and accepting a mobile phone from him. If her relationship was with full knowledge of her parents, they are even bigger culprits. However, those involved in this heinous crime must be tried in a fast track court and if found guilty must be hanged publicly or shot in the forehead from point blank range so that a suitable message is conveyed for the would be culprits.

A fourteen year old having such a relationship could be termed as a matter of concern/undesirable or stupid etc depending on ones views. Here one tends to put blame on her parents for not being vigilant enough etc but what if she was some orphan girl working as a daily wage labourer who had no one to take care of her? This crime is too big for any of these factors to be relevant. That is why I say the guys were solely responsible for the crime and no one else.
One can always say that one should be careful but the two things are unrelated. By relating them one is diluting the case and it stems from the general tendency of always trying to find some mistake with the girl's behaviour in any such case. That is why I had very strong opposition to even discussing about the girl's or parents behaviour here.

You are right, I think. The girl was too immature to understand the undesirability of her relationship with one of the culprits. The magnitude of crime committed by those wild beasts far outweighs the girl's juvenile delinquency. There can be no argument in defence of the perpetrators of such heinous crime and the girl must get justice. The culprits deserve the harshest and maximum possible sentence.
