Job Description:
This is a "HUNTER" sales position. It requires good understanding of
the software outsourcing business in the telecommunications space and the FSS
value proposition. An overall familiarity with the designated territory and potential
customers is big plus.
The individual is part of the FSS-Central US Sales team and manages
the sales within the defined territory with key objective of meeting the
annual sales goals.
Acts as a main contact point for customers in the territory.
Understands customer's strategic objectives and business plans.
Implements account strategy. Identifies products and/or solutions to
meet customer needs. Understands customers key business drives and
uses this knowledge for creating profitable business.
Individual Contributor: Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day
activities to meet sales objectives.
Accepts responsibility for, and demonstrates support for delegated
decisions. Requires minimum supervision. Uses innovative approaches to
win new business. Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for
innovation.
Position will be based in Chicago and/or Dallas.
Experience
Typically 5-6 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry.
Engineering degree, MBA a plus, Key contributor, recognized specialist.
