Ohh God!! What is happening in this country. An institution known for its intellectual debates, the future of leftist think tank is now leading the rebellious sound.

Rationalism has crossed the limit of stupidity. Young blood is now vocal about the freedom of Kashmir(is it really needed?) and chanting someone's ideology.

In this era when every second person is defining the Patriotism, how can we forget that rationalist can go to any extent to demolish the saffron patriotism. The self-destructive rationalism has gone blind and seems indifferent when it raises sensitive issue like: Kashmir. The differences of opinion should not be debated openly when it comes to the issue related to the national integrity.

It seems a recap of the incidents happened in Kashmir few years ago when Masarat Alam led a mob involved in throwing stone at Army. A different way to show the dissent over the Army presence in Kashmir.

In JNU stones were replaced by anti-national slogan. But the impact is more powerful..hitting entire nation. A reason to smile for some people in neighborhood country.

Now again Kashmir is in news..we have no idea what message we are giving to the outer world. Our so called intellectuals have started supporting Anti-National ideology just to oppose the affron patriotism.

Government is acting now. The culprits of this shameful act is being identified and punished.

But what about the damage done on the Kashmir issue?
 
JNU incident was ultimately supposed to happen if we watch closely the Indian Political scenario since late. Its not a political indifference among the political parties but it is a different politics which is cheaper as well as dangerous than ever.

Stupid leaders are supporting anti-Nationalist elements in the name of Secularism, Intolerence, freedom of speech and don't know what else. Shrewd politicians asking help from a hostile Nation to remove a government elected by the public. Political parties are supposed to work to find the possible solution for the problems but mostly are busy in creating problems for every possible solution.

Some politicians are shouting about unwanted political interference in JNU and Hyderabad. Where were they when the Vice- President of a National Political party was trying to cultivate a school in Bangalore with his political agenda ?

Its a pity that Patriotism or Nationalism is being termed as saffronism by such politicians. JNU is just a warm up before some intense anti national incidents. It is a very dangerous strategy and government should take it seriously before things get out of hands.
 
if this sort of intellectuals are produced by JNU then it is a shame on Government and this so called prestigious institute should be locked.Shockingly, how the monsters shouting anti national and pro paki slogans this just shows how soft we are. if this way Freedom of speech and expression is being utilised then that day is not far when this nation will produce organisations like Al quaida and ISIS.
 
यदि आप सच जानना चाहते हो, तो बेहद सहज रूप में रखता हूं। यह विवाद सियासत के खेल का हिस्सा है, विश्विद्यालय में भी निज स्वार्थ के चलते अनेक प्रवृत्तियां पनप गईं हैं, जिसके चलते भाजपा सरकार मौका तलाश कर रही थी। और गुरूरवश यह मौका दे दिया गया । इस पूरी राजनीति में राष्ट्रवाद का नाम लिया जा रहा है, जो कि धूमपट की तरह है । समय के साथ इसके बदलते रंग देख लीजिएगा ।
 
If the law advocates can openly thrash a "person on trial" in the courtrooms, then why can't someone shout "whatever" in a university compound?

Do you want a nation where there is an absolute freedom (even to turn violent on wish) for one class of citizens (advocates) while the other class can't even voice alternate views?

Choice is yours. Don't let others (media) decide it on your behalf.

So you want to justify JNU incident by comparing it with Lawyers' act in the court room?

This so called advocate class has done similar act in Arushi murder case with his father Mr. Talwar and with Moninder Pandher famous for Nithari Kand..list is too long of similar acts done by Advocates time to time with different case convicts.

Whatever they did in court room will remain wrong but we can't compare it with the wrongdoing of case convicts be it JNU or Nithari Kand...Crime is crime..Those who were involved in chanting anti-nation slogan should be punished. It has nothing to do with their freedom of expression.

इसे कहते है सोच का फ़र्क। देश के एक सम्मानित शिक्षण संस्थान में होने वाले कुतर्को में भी हम राजनीति की संभावना तलाश रहे है। विचारों की भिन्नता और असहमति कोई नयी बात नहीं। लेकिन यहाँ तो डर एक ऐसी पीढ़ी के तैयार होने का है जो इतनी अधिक तर्कशील है कि उसे अपने देश की न्यायप्रणाली पर ऊँगली उठाने से भी गुरेज़ नहीं है।
हम तर्कशील बने लेकिन राष्ट्रसुरक्षा से जुड़े विषयो पर संवेदनहीन होना समझदारी नहीं।
विचारो की भिन्नता महात्मा गाँधी के सन्दर्भ में समझी जा सकती है। कुछ लोगो के लिए वह राष्ट्रपिता है वही कुछ लोग उन्हें विभाजन का ज़िम्मेदार, शहीदों की फांसी का जिम्मेदार और न जाने क्या क्या कहते है।

वही अफज़ल गुरु जो कोर्ट द्वारा भी संसद पर हमले की साजिश का जिम्मेदार माना गया। कुछ भटके हुए युवाओ को शहीद लग रहा है।
देश के सैकड़ो सैनिक हर साल इस मुल्क की हिफाज़त में अपनी जान गवां देते है। हम कभी उनके पक्ष में मुखर नहीं होते। अगर संसद पर हमले में हमारे किसी करीबी की जान गयी होती तो क्या तब भी हमारी सोच अफज़ल गुरु को लेकर जेएनयू में हुए हंगामे का समर्थन करती।

ज़रूरी नहीं हर किसी को बीजेपी या कॉंग्रेस ही पसंद हो। कुछ मुद्दे ऐसे होते है जिन्हें राजनीतिक चश्मे से देखना हमारी अज्ञानता में ही वृद्धि करता है।

क्या यह चिंता का विषय नहीं है कि देश की नाक के नीचे इतने बड़े शैक्षणिक संस्थान में ऐसी सोच पनप रही है। जो आज अफज़ल गुरु और कश्मीर मुद्दे पर इस देश की नीयत पर ऊँगली उठाती है। देश की न्याय व्यवस्था को कटघरे में खड़ा करना चाहती है।

क्या कोई कभी उन सैनिको की भी सोचेगा जो इनसे बेखबर देश की सीमाओ पर पहरे दे रहे है। बस यह दिन देखने के लिए कि जिस देश पर वो मरने के लिए तैयार बैठे है उसी देश की भावी पीढ़ी चाहती है कि वो उस कश्मीर को आज़ाद कर दे जहाँ उनका बलिदान व्यर्थ जाने वाला है।

इस पीढ़ी का नया हीरो अफज़ल है हनुमंथप्पा नहीं। यह पीढ़ी अपने तर्कों में अंधी हो चुकी है। अगर आप इनके तर्कों को चुनौती देंगे तो आपको संघी या भगवा राष्ट्रवादी होने का तमगा दे दिया जायेगा।

क्या हम देश की सुरक्षा, अखंडता और स्वाभिमान से जुड़े मुद्दों को राजनीति के साधन के रूप में देखना बंद कर सकते है। जाट जो देश की सुरक्षा सेनाओ में बढ़चढ़कर शामिल होते है क्या वो इसके लिए तैयार है।
किसी को कोई ख़ास राजनीति पार्टी पसंद नहीं तो कोई बात नहीं। ऐसी सरकार को कोसने के लिए देश में बहुत से मुद्दे है। लेकिन जेनयू की घटना को किसी ख़ास पार्टी की राजनीति बताकर खारिज कर देना आत्मघाती होगा।

Yes. The "lawyers" act was an act of violence, it was an insult to the "constitution of India" and hence a much bigger anti-national crime than slogan shouting.

This so called advocate class has done similar act in Arushi murder case with his father Mr. Talwar and with Moninder Pandher famous for Nithari Kand..list is too long of similar acts done by Advocates time to time with different case convicts.

It has nothing to do with their freedom of expression.

सरकार,

रही बात वकीलों के हंगामे की| तो जो घटनाये कोर्ट में हुई वह एक परम्परा सी बन चुकी है| या यूँ कहे कि दोषियों के प्रति अधिवक्ताओ के एक वर्ग द्वारा रोष प्रकट करने का माध्यम| जरा इस आर्टिकल को पढियेगा तो कुछ अंदाज़ा लगेगा कि वकील करना क्या चाहते है|

वकीलों ने जो हंगामा कोर्ट में किया है वह न्यायपालिका के काम में दखलंदाजी का मामला है| ना कि देश के संविधान का अपमान| यह कानून व्यवस्था से जुड़ा मसला है|
कोर्ट परिसर में वादियों-प्रतिवादियो की सुरक्षा में चूक को ज़ाहिर करता है| ऐसी घटनाओ को बार एसोसिएशन को संज्ञान में लेना चाहिए|
दोषी वकीलों को कोर्ट प्रैक्टिस से प्रतिबंधित कर देना चाहिए| साथ ही दोषियों के विरूद्ध कानून सम्मत कार्यवाही भी अपेक्षित है|

आपके अनुसार देशविरोधी नारे लगाना संविधान का अपमान नही| काश इस देश का संविधान ऐसा ही होता| जो संविधान देश के हर नागरिक को राष्ट्र की संप्रभुता, अक्षुण्णता और अखंडता को कायम रखने की शपथ दिलाता है| उसी देश के नागरिक अगर भीड़ इकट्ठी करके देश के टुकड़े होने की दुआ करे, देश की बर्बादी की हसरत रखे| फिर भी किसी को वह संविधान का अपमान न लगे तो शायद इस देश के संविधान में ही कुछ खोट है| इसे फिर से लिखने की ज़रुरत है|

सीधा सा सवाल है क्या अफज़ल गुरु का शहीदी दिवस मानना इस देश की न्यायपालिका, संविधान के मुंह पर तमाचा नहीं है? क्या यह उन शहीदों का अपमान नहीं जो संसद पर हुए हमले के दौरान अपनी जान की बाज़ी लगा गए? क्या यह दिन देखने के लिए ही उन्होंने अपनी शहादत दी? हम अफ़ज़ल को बेगुनाह बताने वाले कौन है| यह देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने तय किया था| किसी को कोर्ट के निर्णय पर शक था तो राष्ट्रपति ने क्यों उसकी दया याचिका खारिज़ की? उसे पूरी न्याययिक प्रक्रिया के आधार पर ही दोषी माना गाया था|

क्या यह देश का संविधान का सम्मान है कि छात्रो का एक वर्ग में देश के एक हिस्से को अलग करने के लिए अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद कर रहा है? देश की संसद पर हमला करने की साजिश में शामिल होने वाले को शहीद बताकर महिमामंडन कर रहा है| अब जबकि दोषी छात्र कानून की गिरफ्त में है तो हम कौन होते है उन्हें निर्दोष बताने वाले| हो सकता है कल माननीय कोर्ट ही उन्हें बरी कर दे| यह कोर्ट को तय करना है कि जेएनयू की घटना को राष्ट्रद्रोह की गंभीर श्रेणी में रखना है या नहीं|

सवाल यही है कि इस मुद्दे पर राजनीति क्यों? क्यों उन लोगो की हरकत को हम भगवा राष्ट्रवाद की साजिश बताकर ढकने की कोशिश कर रहे है? क्यों न कोर्ट को अपना काम करने दिया जाये? और इस संवेदनशील मुद्दे पर राजनीति को कुछ समय के लिए एक तरफ रख दिया जाये?

इस देश में बहुत से मुद्दे है जिन पर पहले ध्यान दिया जाना है| जो विपक्ष अपनी राजनीति चमकाने के लिए इस घटना को भगवा राष्ट्रवाद की साजिश बताकर एक हो गया है| वो अगर देश के किसानो से जुड़े मुद्दों पर एक हो जाये तो इस देश का भी भला होगा और किसानो का भी| तब शायद इस सरकार का ध्यान भी देश की असल समस्याओ पर जायेगा|
 
Let us not join two separate things together. It is not about BJP or any other party for that matter. The aftermath of this "Freedeom of speech JNU Thing" instigated some fresh violence in Kashmir. We have paid with blood for Kashmir, lost count of how many soldiers have lost their lives while trying to keep Kashmir as an Integral part of India. I too saw the JNU Umar Khalid interview, where this termite under the garb of freedom speech kept on with own agenda. The govt. rightly enforced this decision of Indian Flag on central universities. They should also take a step ahead & have Indian Flag enforced on every religious institution, whichever religion it may belong to.

आप किस न्याय प्रणाली की बात कर रहे हैं जहाँ पटियाला कोर्ट में वकील पूरी तरह से संविधान की धज्जियां उड़ाते नजर आ रहे हैं ।
