First of all I must say that I enjoyed this our Haryana taste and secondly it reminds me something.
Long back An English Teacher very close to me who was post graduated in history (This is the case with almost all teachers of English in our Haryana up to Matric in Govt Schools) had thrown similar question to my father (now “83” retired Ex H Flying Officer from Air Force),” Bahadi ke aage farde ger ke doke chulak le” ki english bana ka dakhha Tau.

He (My Father) simply said,” feed and milk the cow”.

Since then I start feeling there is nothing which cannot be translated to make sense.
Friends, I agree that there are very few WORDS in English comparing this with other languages. Like one word uncle for Mama aur Chacha aur Tau and so on, but things can be described in all languages. First condition is sentence must be proper and not technobabble/slang in use. There are slang words and verbiage sentences in each languages but still possible to translate and make sense in accordance to the translated language.

In this case, English is,” Our fodder cutter throwing out threads in max”.

Why is another question because of blunt blades or gap in-betweens

Now our fodder Cutter (hand operated should be understood)= Hamara Gandasa.
Throwing out=Bagawe sa.
Threads in max= Nire lafusade.

Please do not take otherwise; I am not an English teacher, I know our own language (Haryanvi) in its better version but please do not ask me the English of Word JHAKOI. This need to be described in better way first. Samar have better answer for this word.
