Their used to be a time when a child after being verbally assaulted or even kicked by his elders used to wade off to mend his ways. But I observe that nowadays everyone seems to be high on temper. Relationships are deteriorating in their tastes and many undue presssures are also created owing to this. But, we are becoming victims of high temper. Is it the case ? If yes, then what are the reasons for the same and how to combat it?

Work pressure, cut thoart compitition, Eating habbit with rich of uriea.non fullfillment of hopes, there are many more reasos for this increaing habits of non-bearance of other.

Meditation , concentration, living with family are something which redued this.

One reason can be the parents itself who shape their child with a lot of pampering due to which he becomes stubborn and agressive. This unconsciously makes him short tempered too as he is not in the habbit to see anything happening against his wish.
Other reason is work stress, competiton in career building, studies etc. that adds up the pressure on child and becomes a reason of his all time frusteration.

i agree with Anusha.. I have 7 month old kid and I can see how he reacts when I turned down his demands... Its very crucial to raise kids in joint famlies so that they can learn the meaning of compromise, sharing things and different point of views. Most terrible thing is single kid in nuclear family. Reason behind these "Torn Temper" is that we don't say "No" very often. In our country, Majority of population is still thinking that money can bring ultimate happiness. Many people don't even belive that there is anything called Work-Life balance. I used to think that its just a mental state and we need to head strong to maintain this balance.

With time I found that we really need to priortize things to strike the balance.

Well said Yudhvir, a very crucial factor is that we have become so stiff in out tempers that many things have become unacceptable to us. We cant even withstand a ‘No’. Many things have become intolerable to us. And reason is obvious, we are gradually making our lives a profit & loss statement and a mad race to catch with whosoever is before u – social formality uske saath jo hame kahi na kahi faayda pahuncha sake, jisne jaisa hame diya usko waisa gift diyaa jaaye ya fir usko diya jaaye jisse faayda ho paaye (chahe dil uske liye nafrat se bhara ho), shaadi karo usse jisme sabhi khuubiyaan ho (kisi bhi tarah ki kami hona acceptable nahi hai khud me kitni hai isse koi farak nahi padta), party karo kyonki baaki sab bhi karte hain aur yehi trend hai……..
