Travel Support for International Conference

Dear Friends,
I happy to share with you that the Organizers of International Conference on Emotional Intelligence (Nexus EQ Conference), Holland (where I have to present a paper) accepted my request for travel support, they offered an amount up 400 euro as travel support to me. They have also waived off my registeration fee. I had requested to the organizers for travel support on the advice of Dr. R. Kumar, Col. Tavatio and some other well wishers.
I am extremely happy to inform you that my name has been accepted for outstanding International Coordinating committee for this Conference.....and I am the only India among the 10 people (representative) from the 18 countries.
I am very grateful to all of you especially to those who supported me during initial phase, when I had requested for guidance..and their valuable guidelines..and moral support...I wil never forget them.

Dear Friends,
Thanks to all........Today, I have discussed with some friends about the approximately expenditure, who visited europe and according to them the maximum expenditure in these countries are on accommodation....The organizing committee will provide me upto 400 euro that makes approx. 20000 to 22000 thousands of rupees. Total costs of travelling, accommodation and local hospitality would be around 65000 to 70000 thousand.....
It would be great help for me if somebody accommodate me during these four-five days in a hostel etc. Actually I don't to bother somebody but would definitely like to save money. Dr. Kumar Sahaab provided me names of two members of this site (jatland). I wrote to them but could not find any response. Anyway.......
What do you people think about this approach? Kindly advice.
