Below are main forms of evidence for an application. However there are options for exceptional consideration of alternative evidence.

Original Degree
Certificate. Must be equivalent to UK level degree. If any doubts, can obtain confirmation from NARIC online. This should show name, date of the award, title of the award and name of awarding institution.

4. UK Experience

Earnings - If claiming past earnings points (below) for earnings in UK, then client automatically receives these 5 points.
Study - If client completed degree in UK (in last 5 years) or spent at least one year studying in the UK as part of the degree then:
Letter from UK institution stating: achieved the degree at UK level, with at least one-year study, during the last 5 years.
AND
The letter/ visa from the BHC & Home Office from this period, as a student in the UK

Evidence
This varies depending on the pattern of work, salaried, self-employed etc. The evidence to meet the above levels can be for more than one job and must be for a consecutive period of 12 months from the 15 months before making the application, so the first 12 months of 15, the last 12 of 15, or a consecutive 12 months in the middle.
Earnings are converted from Indian Rupees to GBP Sterling according to the conversion rate on the last date of pay. Rates can be checked on Xe.com.
Wage Slips for every month of claimed income, if these are printed, each must be signed and stamped by employer.
Income Tax Return for the period. Usually this will not cover the whole 12 months, until the next June/July, so provide:

Bank Statements, for whole 12 months, showing the net amounts coming into bank
OR
Letter from employer, on headed paper, stating name, confirming employment and confirming gross and net amounts of income for every month of last 15 months or the 12 months claimed in application.
6. English Language - This is a mandatory requirement of HSMP
Evidence
Bachelors degree certificate (may be same one as for qualifications points)
AND
University/ Institution Letter on letter headed paper, from the institution confirming: name, the qualification obtained, date of award and confirming the language of instructing/ was taught in English.
OR
Original IELTS Test Report Form with band score of 6 or higher, from within last 2 years
