The U.k immigration rules are going to be changed in the first quarter of the coming year, you will see the lot of changes in visa categories. The new visa system wll be same like australian style point system. Working Holiday Makers can be shut down or they could place some more requirements like IELTS and qualification. I strongly advise if somebody wants to apply for Working Holiday maker visa than apply before christmas, it will take two months processing time. What ab8 HSMP?

Hi what ab8 HSMP. Is there some chnage for that also. In fact, I am planning for HSMP mid next year. So any idea about that ploicies as well or any resource from where i can get true and real picture that if any change is going to be there with HSMP too.

Are Bhai- hamne 40 yrs yahi kam kiya hae
aaj tak 2 Indian ko working holidays ka visa mila hae
Kisi jat ka to sawal hi nahi hae.
working holidays- White people ky liye hae.
Indian ko Students- work permit on merit point system
ky liye try karna chahiye.

hello this is heeramani.. from mumbai i am interested in pursuing higher studies in u.k is it a good decision..i am a bachelors in architecture amd will do my masters in related field what is the scope in u.k. and also will i be able to get a good job in u.k after my studies...

aapke mutabik indian or specially jat ko WHM nahin milta kya bas yahi aapka 40 sal ka experience hai. hamari firm se ek mahine mein kam se kam 20 visa WHM ke lagte hain. or main appko batadun ke this visa is for commonwealth citizens. sabse jyadan visa lene walon mein INDIAN, SRILANKAN , BANGLADESHI OR PAKISTANI hain or rahee baat student visa ki to uske liye paisa bhi accha dikhana padta hai jiske pass paisa nahin usko studen visa nahin rahi baat WHM ki to iske liye naan Education ki jarurat hai, naan IELTS ki or naan hi jyada paise ki agar 2-3 lakh account mein dikha sakte hain to visa ke chances hain or agar Embassy refuse kar deti hai to ASSYLUM AND IMMIGRATION TRIBUNAL U.K main appeal kar sakte hain or appeal ka success rate bahut hi jyandan hai. aap uk main baithain hain isliye appko pata hona chahiye ki students kitni problems wahan par face karte hain bechare, jo WHM pe jaata hai wo dabke kaam karta hai, there is not any discrimination for Jats are gorn ko pata hai kya Jat kon hai, ye to aap jaise log hi unko galat samjhte hain. i think aap kuch jyanda hi negative approach ke ho. Main to ye kahunga ke har bande ko visa apni family circumstances ke mutabik karna chahiye. Agar financialy strong hain to chahe jitna marji study kar len U.K main, kon rokta hai. agar study ka kharcha nahin utha sakte hain to WHM visa apply kar len or paisa kamalen or apko pata hai 1 saal WHM par lagane ke baad visa Work Permit main badal sakte hain ya phir HSMP main within the U.K switch kar sakte hain that leads to Permanent Resident. main to yahi advise karunga ki visa apply as stated above apni family circumstances ke hisab se karen. and after all WHM is a visa for every person and of no worries.................................................................................

kya aap Jat nahin ho ya phir Indian nahin ho. your statement really disappointed me.
Lakh pardesi hoiye apna des ni pandi da jede mulk da khaiye usda bura ni mangi daa.........

app chahte ho ki har admi ko visa miljaaye, is that possible?
