unruly & irresponsible Judges

I read newsreport that a District judge in Gurgaon ordered the arrest of his own female Staff member as she failed to oblige his direction immediately for recording some statement and requested some time due to rush of work. He even called police for her arrest. She was saved by the intervention of session judge and bar association. Further we often come across several irrational decisions and natural justice is somewhat elusive. Don't you think it is high time to fix responsibility of judges

I do not see the full facts disclosed. Judge can only issue disciplinary show cause notice but nothing else. If we assume your facts then police has nothing to do with it and why they attended the Court on the direction of the judge. Therefore the role of police is also questionable. They have saved the judge from disciplinary action not the woman.

You r right sir, that judge should have initiated disciplinary action. But above facts are true & published in newspaper. I don't know how to attach clipping here otherwise I have saved the cutting.
