We do not have any doubt that these figures were not spent. However, as Mr. Rajiv Gandhi himself...How much % of this one rupee reached to the bottom? 10 Paise or just 1 paise due to Inflation? I can take my own village as an example & i do not see any of these schemes benefitting any single soul! Sadak tuti ho toh bas election key samay banti hai! The kind of figures shown above if really were put to work, toh sarkar ko yeh sabh figures ki advertisement banane ki jaroorat bhi naheen padti!
 
And that is why you have schemes like Aadhar so people get their dues direct.

Let's not legitimize this thread with response.... ek bahut purani kahaawat hai.."praadheen supenehu sukh naahin " here there are no dreams (Gandhi dynasti ke pradheen hain hum is govt ke under) even. This counting of achievements of UPA is a slap on democracy. More we respond, more we legitimize these..please ignore!

More you respond, more it will enthuse royalty (gandhi) sympathizers. This is 21st century. !! This thread should get the the contempt that it deserves! and the the deserve for them is silence and no response from all thinking persons! I just responded to stop others, else, i would not have responded!:livid:

You have a distorted vision of Democracy my friend. There can be no dynasty in democracy, and if there is then learn to take it as a mandate of people and respect it.

But we have them every where and this is why there is no real democracy in India.

1. Badals, Chautalas, Yadavs, Gandhis, Sindhias, Dixits, Hoodas, ... Is that not enough? You will say that people elected them. Were people given any choice ?
2. Cricket, Hockey, wrestling, Olympic, name anything, you will find only politicians heading them.. Do you think players can never head them?
3. Politicians sit even in the selection board of doctors in AIIMS Delhi .

At best we have a shame democracy and nothing else. It stinks..

Dynasty and democracy is an irony in itself.

While dynasty might help one get ticket to fight his or her first election, he she will still need to be elected by amass.

naa to manne nyu laggya tha... akk Income tax refund alyaa ki dhaal 4-5 mahine laa denge..
