People who say V-Day is bad, how many of you have been out on a date on V-Day?
I didnot know some Jats would be scared of V-Day. I think most uncle types here are $hit scared of V-Day.
I would'nt go out on V-day - because flowers, chocolate, greeting cards make me nauseous and there is also this little issue of not having somebody to go out with.

Coming to V Day, there is a very wrong preception of the day in India (blame goes to the conservative mindset of the majority). Its a day to honor love, so whats wrong in that? Wrong is when we distort it to suit ourselves.

Here, even in elementary schools they celebrate the day and give valentine goodies to their friends or exchange notes what they admire/appreciate about their friends. Nothing wrong I see!

Ab galat to ye hai ki aap isey distort kar ke zabardasti propose kare (wink wink...to all aardoo chhore ) ya apna political fayda uthaye (you know which "purists" I'm talking about )!

Again, to each his own. Those who like it, go for it and others mind your own (messy) business....as simple as that
