Vijender Singh and Drug bust case

I don’t have any scientific knowledge on it. But after this case whatever information has come in public domain, it appears that INDIAN POLICE collect blood samples and hair samples for tracing the consumption of drug within a week and month period from drug (heroine) suspect.
 
Lets wait untill his drug test reports come out.

He certainly didnt earn himself any support by refusing to give his samples initially to Punjab Police. But its too early to judge him. Hopefully a sportsman of his talent and future will not throw it all away.

Btw, the drug dealer named, Anup Kahlon is also a Jutt.
 
Vijender has taken or not, but we should protect our community member from outside, better not to say anything wrong in office,media and anywhere in public about him. Hum apne ko hi badnam karenge to bahar ke dunia to vaise hi poori jat com ko aisi manti hye . Gopal Kanda ke case me kisi bhi Baniya in public me use galat nahi kaha, Baniyon ne use protect kiya . Why we are so after Vijender.

Yes, it's quite easy to blame a system that stinks. It is not a discovery.

Before being judgmental, it's good to wait and know the story at least from both the angles.

Also, even if he has been taking drugs now, he definitely still deserves applause for getting the Olympic medal.

Let me assure you, I do not envy you. Your post was the later than theirs and I usually read the latest posts first.
 
Last year the drugs worth rs. 200 crore were seized in Punjab. If the same drug consuming trend continues there I am afraid Punjab will be badly gripped in drugs web in years to come.

What do you mean by N.Amer standards? Are North American drugs or population different than the rest of the world? Google search of "how long narcotics stay in system" yields http://www.passyourdrugtest.com/timetable.htm.
I smell a rat here and wouldn't be surprised if he is proven guilty. I am pretty sure being a boxer he would have had his samples taken many times before by doping agencies, he knows how to get by.

Punjab has been in this grip for quite a few years now. I am personally aware of countless examples of youth caught in this death spiral.

Things first started on a mass scale during militancy. Drugs from across the border followed the arms. Youth was already troubled by lack of employment options, disinterest in agriculture and the police brutality. Drugs were an easy way out. The late 90s and early 2000s were probably the worst. Militancy had ended, land prices were sky high and youth had money to burn. Everything from Phensydryl, Corex to Afeem, Bhukki and Cocaine was being used. Even those who escaped abroad were sometimes known to go back to drugs when they were away from their parents.
 
Seems Abhay Chautala's phone call has done the trick. Media and Police has stopped talking about Vijender Singh in drug case. fusss!!

Why would he consume heroine for enhancing performance. There must be much better doping drugs available. Heroine, I think, is used more for recreation. I think this is what the coach meant to say that in a group, you end up doing such mistakes. He called it a mistake, he didn't say that Vijender did good by consuming heroine.
 
I may be wrong, its my own Analysis

It seems conspiracy against the world famous Jat Boxer. Lets see if there would be any Pol and commercial branding Ad angle (Boxing VS Other Game) also. Jat votes. Its seems big conspiracy against such a world famous Brand Icon.

seems he was really involved in the drug movement in his endeavor suv. Many people know abot it in bhiwani and patiala. let law take its own course.
he is close to abhay chautala who in turn close to badals in punjab. still if punjab police is taking action against him, seems he is really involved.

otherwise, why did he refuse to give samples.

and you might give this valuable information to the IO with the names of bhivani and patiala informers that might help you in getting some fame.
