We need an aggressive Jat Leader in Rajasthan ?

Keep it up..

Dear Mukesh,
I really appreciate your post,it shows your pains, frustation and above all a poigent reality.Adding in your posts I would say instread of Aggressive Jat Leader, we need a Determined Mass Leader who will take society, community to a new heights.Situation is really frustating. Now a days Even JAT leaders dnt have to do anything with community, this is a profession. If we go down deeper, rarely MLAs,MPs have their kids in defence,While in assembly they do try their best to send their kids to study in abroad, building malls n resort.Previous govt in haryana is a clean example of that. They speak from a different tongue when they are in power.I would say Indian Youth average age is 26 which is very very encouraging, we all can improve the situation.I never believed in CHANGE of society, i always bet on improvement.I would support you if you dare to fill up nomination but think if you can do it , but not out of passion.Politics is serious business, its legs runs with very slow growth. But ya if you have something in heart bro,go for it. Dnt wait for any aggressive role model. You are the one. Change the fate. Like Paulo Coelho says--When you stride towards your goal, whole world conspires for your success.

It is really pity painful to see that rajasthan has not been able to produce even a single aggressive Jat leader who really can represent our community in true sense. Although there have been many Jat leader active in politics but none of them have been able to set an example to our next generation. Some of them feel ashamed to be called a Jat Leader so I don’t think we can really expect for any thing from such type of leaders. The territory of Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Churu which known as a Shekhawati, where jats are really playing a significant role in politics. No party can win election without their support. But this region is also missing a real Jat leader. Sikar district has a Jat Mp (Subash Maharia) but he did nothing for the community and in the same way in Jhunjhunu, Sishram Ola has been elected for many times for the parliament but failed to do anything good for our community. From a long time we are demanding for a jat chief minister in state but hardly there is any leader in our community who deserve this post.
The leader who impressed me much is Amra Ram (MLA from CPM). He might be called a true jat leader, in him I saw many characteristics which are much crucial to be an aggressive jat leader. But being a communist follower he can not lead to the entire community because his party’s ideology doesn’t suit to Jats.
In previous assembly election some ratio of the jat votes have shifted towards BJP but I think our interests may not be fulfill with it because BJP is known as a Rajput and Baniya party.
In the congress there were some rays of hope when Narayan Singh was elected as a PCC (Pardesh Congress Committee) chief but again there was nothing except disappointment, as he did nothing remarkable neither for our community nor for his party. Now Ram Narayan Choudhary has nominated as an opposition leader in assembly but I am not sure he would be able to enlighten our comm in state.
What is the main reason behing this? Why have we not been able to introduce a true jat leader in state. One day some one told me that the basic problem with us is that we (JAT) in rajasthan never sit together, and always fight with each other. That’s why every political party play with us for their own interests.
In my views, we need a leader like Ashok Gehlot (who makes all saini community proud) in state who can move ahead by bringing every dissatisfied sections of the society together so that in future we may have a JAT CM in state.

Pata nahi koi aisa leader kab hoga...???Kabi kabi to aisa lagta hai ki mujhe hi chunav ladna padega… LOL

Dear Jit,
Thats a awesome advice.Isnt it? We,Good people, have contributed a lot in allowing politicians to be dirty.Well education, sports is useless when it fails to make a responsible citizen. It requires coruage to listen n it also reuires courage to stand n speak.I feel Mukesh is on right track and wont advice it to change anyway.

Kunu beta
two thumbs up to u!!
I'm completely floored to read ur lines here

Finally kuch samadhan nikla yah nahin, ki kaun aacha neta hai kaun nahi, Leadership is Built on trust, sirf neta kai haone say nahin, mutual unaderstanding hai yeh, MP jeet gaya to 5 saal ke liye gayab, or aap us ko phir vote dete ho or woh again MP, jab aap log without he or she proving the capabilities ready to accept them everytime then i think you should not expect also, some body will lead this community take extra pain, i think you every individual should start taking the charges of this leadership and change this community, the status of the community so that we don't need a leader we should be accepted as a leader or phir kuch is tharha suna " Kar bulandi ko itna buland ki kudha phi bhi bunde se pooche bata teri raja kiya Hai" . To mere bhaiyo phele apna status change karo community ka.
aacha lage to muskara dena or boora lage to bhool jana, lakin suruat to karani paregi aaj nahin to kal

Youth - Jats - Rajasthan

What are the three most important problems (factors) faced by Jat youth in Rajasthan.

I was in Bikaner few days back, just after the Jat Samaj laid a foundation for 8 Crore boarding and school project in Bikaner, specifically for girls. I was impressed by the unity and progressiveness of the Jat youth (girls & boys) in Bikaner.

We must try and consolidate the youth together in Rajasthan in a big way. Any ideas . . . .

Bikherte Jat

Rajasthan me jo ekta ka sailab ayaa tha wo ab bikharta ja raha hai
jiska taja example hai Sikar District 1990 ke kareeb jat sammelan ch.charan singh jayantee ko hooa tha sare jat ek manch par ekthe the or kya sabhai thee par aaj kya hai Gopal Phogat kee mot isko kisne mara or kyo mara ye aaj bhee ek pahalee hai par wastvikta hai kee use jato ne mara ab phogat group bhee apnee aapko ange lane ke chakkar me kai jato ko mare ga.
Narayan Singh jo khud chunav tak nahi jit sake use jato kee kaman sop rakhee hai. Aap agale chunav ane dijiye kaise jitenge Subash mahariya pata chal jaye ga.

Jaipur me jat neta kitne aggressive hai wo jaipur wale achee tarah jante hai
or jato me unkee kintee pakad hai uska pata tabhi chal gaya tha jab Natwar Singh kee meeting ko jat mahasabha ne samarthan diya tha or ek sabha amroodowale bag me hooyee thee usme kitne jat the? or kitne BJP ke samarthak the bheed jootane ke liye.

Pichle saal Jhunjhunu me ek jat ladkee saath kuch muslim yoovko ne ched chad kee or etraj karne par muslim ek ho gyae or kai jat yoovak ghayal ho gaye the kya oonkee report darj hooyee nahi balkee kuch gaon ke jat ek jut hooe to ek rajpoot leader ne musalmaano kee ek aam sabha kar dee or maje kee bat dekhiye hamaree manniy Sumitra jee (vidhan sabha adyaksh) bhee waha guldaste lene pahooch gayee.

Vijay Poonia ne chahe kise bhee uddeshya se kiya ho par jab tak uskee chalee jat kam se kam jaipur me to ek the.

Think national

To my mind we need a Jat leader not only in states, but right at the top of the national level.

When one finds tamas privriti Vaishya- natured people runnig the affairsof the country and sliding it into mess, it does not feel good.

For national

Agar poore desh me najar ghoomae to mere najar me national level ke jat leader hai :

1. Ch. Om Prakash Chautala
2. Ch. Ajit Singh
3. Dr. Bal Ram Jakhar
4. Saheeb Singh Verma
5. Natwar Singh
6. Sh. Sheesh Ram Ola

yahe political leader hai or non political leader hai CH Mahender Singh Tikait

Netrapal bhai
I can't agree with you on most of the above names. Whatever I have seen and experienced about all of the above except Sh Balram Jakhar and Sh Sheesh Ram Ola, doesnot inspire much confidence. The other four persons are only politicians NOT leaders.

I would opt for somebody like Ch Charan Singh with the sharpness and killing instinct of Subhash Bose.

Agree wit all the names, but the person who commands the most respect within the Jat Community and as a Jat is ‘Ram Niwas Mirdha’

Rajasthan is not the only state having problem of leadership. It is universal in the country. Declining morale values and our acceptance of it are the reasons for our problems. It requires a lot of courage and will to sacrifice to stand up against what is wrong and what must be changed. The very fact that we are talking about a JAT leader itself looks to be a poor starting. I would say we need an aggressive INDIAN leader in every state as well as the center.
Now let us analyze the names Mr. Netrapal Singh has suggested.
1. Sh. Om Prakash Chautala: I had an opportunity to meet with Mr. Chautala. He looks sharp and even speaks reasonably well. However, he is not the type of leader we may need/we may be looking for. My reasons are as follows:
(a). He inherited a great legacy. He did not have to work hard to get to the CM’s position. Yet to me he has been a failure. He might have done some thing good, but may be he did more bad than good and hence was defeated in elections. If we carry out an analysis of his party structure, you may find most of the yes man around the center of power. When such situation happens, you tend to go wrong. That has been the case with every single party that where the decision is made by one single person, be it Chautala, Ajit Singh, Mulayam Singh or Sonia Gandhi. Such a situation can work very well, if the leader is above petty gains and is not afraid of taking hard decisions. Mr. Chautala certainly does not meet my definition of a strong or aggressive leader.
2. Ch. Ajit Singh: Another story of wasted legacy. Probably Mr. Ajit Singh was even better situation than Mr. Chautala was. If you really want to get some thing from the system, be prepared to give it some thing first. The system will definitely return your investment with profits. And let me assure you, longer it takes more permanent it is going to be. We would see, UP results soon. I hope Mr. Singh retains his own seat. Favoritism and opportunism might cost him his job to say the least.
3. Dr. Balram Jakhar: Dr. Balram Jakhar has been more or less non-controversial candidate. He has been in the power for most of his political career, yet he did not have a political legacy of his own. To me he looked more like a yes man to his master who was being rewarded for unflinching loyalty to the political party he represented. He did not come out against his own political party when some thing wrong was going on. May be that is how the democratic system works. To me a political leader must oppose any policy that he feels is not in the national interest. After that if the majority of ruling party of the parliament adopts that policy, that is fine. At least such a leader maintains his identity. To me, Mr. Jakhar probably did not have his own identity as such in true sense. His charisma was probably limited to his own constituency. In such a scenario to expect some one to be strong may just be wishful thinking.
4. Sh. Saheb Singh Verma: He probably comes from a more regulated political system. I think he did get an opportunity as CM of Delhi to make his mark on the National Politics. Since he did not do that, it can be another case of missed opportunities or say incompetence. What we assume is our own perception.
5. Mr. Natwar Singh: Again easy rise to success. A devoted and dedicated vote bank. Valuable opportunities lost due to poor political vision, incompetence or lack of self-confidence. Mr. Singh had been a yes man to power brokers in the congress party which had been truly rewarded throughout his political career. He also did well for his family I guess, like Mr. Chautala, and Mr. Ajit Singh.
6. Mr. Sheesh Ram Ola: I personally do not have much knowledge about him, so it would be incorrect on my part to comment on him. However I know that he has been around for a very long time and has not been able to rise to the level the community expected, is the reason enough for him not qualifying for the type of leader Mr. Mukesh is looking for.
7. Ch. Tikait: I think, it is the clear case of a rising star falling to arrogance. Mr. Tikait started very well and had a very large following among the farmer community across the caste line. I think one can never ask for a better platform than that for success. I had seen the Bhartiya Kisan Union’s agitation in Meerut. It was probably best organized agitation and full marks to Mr.Tikait for that. However, I believe that the force behind that organization taking off so well was a retired Justice Ch. Mahavir Singh. There were couples of more guys some of them retired army officers who were the force behind that agitation. It drew national support and CM of UP late Mr. Veer Bhadra Singh was shaken up. What I learnt from some people who were in the close circle, that once the success came to Mr. Tikait, he became arrogant and did not listen to the people who were helping him out in organizing the affairs of the BKU. I don’t know how far that is true, but the fact that Mr. Tikait did not get any notable success after those people left his organization, speaks well enough for his own capabilities.
I have tried to be as objective as I could be. I know it is not going to be to the liking of many ardent supporters of these political leaders and certainly not to the liking of those for whom, being a JAT is good enough qualification for any assignment.
I would say, we do need aggressive/strong leaders at all levels of our government, they may not be JAT by caste. Let us support those who fulfill the definition of strong, fair and aggressive leaders irrespective of the caste they come from. I would like to support an honest non-Jat to a dishonest Jat, a competent non-Jat to an incompetent Jat. Once we start realizing the importance of the qualities like competence and honesty, caste would become irrelevant.
Looks too idealistic to be practical. But let me assure you, unless we try we would never know whether or not it is practical. Once we adopt this attitude, these leaders would stop playing with caste sentiments and would start working for the communities.

Ch. Charan Singh to milna mushkil hai

Popular Jat leadero kee agar bat kare to ye hee hai ye alag bat hai kee in sabhee me kuch kamee hai to kuch kubhee hai:

Ch.Omprakash Chautala: Devilal ke bad agar koi jat neta haryana me hai to wo hai Om prakash Chautala. Kyo kee unme khoobee hai ek we nirbhik hai or decision power bhee hai unme. Kyo kee jit tarike se Rajasthan me Or punjab ke chunavo wo agressive rahe or waha kee rajneetee ko prabhavit karke BJP ko fayada pahunchaya ye oonkee doordarshitaa ko bataatee hai.

Ch. Ajit Singh: Rajiv Gandhi kee tarah une popularty Ch. Charan Singh ke karan hee milee or mil rahee hai or aaj bhee UP me kam se kam 12-20 seet jitane ka amda we rakhte hai Saaf or Ujjwal Chavi hai unkee ye alag bat hai kee jo support jato ka unko milna chahiye tha wo nahi mila.

Dr.Balram Jhakahar: Dr Balram Jhakhar kee Chamta ko to kabhi bhee najar andaj nahi kiya ja sakta or meree najar me aaj bhee we national level ke jat netao me number one par hai. Sansand me chahe paksh me ho ya Vipaksh me we sada nirbhee ho kar bole or unkee saamne bolne ka ya unkee bat katne ka sahaas achee achee hastiyo ko n tha n hai aaj bhee congress me unkee upyogeeta pahalee jaisee hai.

Sheesh Ram Ola: Sheesh Ram Ola Kender me Mantree pad par rahe hai or ek popular hastee hai unme sabse badee khoobee hai ek ache rajnitiga we palak jhapakate hee rajneetee ko idhar se uudhar kar skate hai, koot niti un me koot koot kar bharee hai.

Bakee Natwar singh, Ramniwas Mirdha, onkee ek alag pahachan hai.

The Punjab Kesari of April 23, 2007 apparently carried an article on possible Jat candidates for Vice President of India. The front-runner among them is Parasram Maderna. Probably the congress leadership is trying to placate the Jat community in Rajasthan, which is still nursing its grievance of missing out the Chief Ministership in 1998.

There have been other articles in last two months both in Delhi and Rajasthan print media to suitably accommodate Shri Maderna at helm of affairs to regain Rajasthan for Congress.

Reliable sources indicate that when Sonia Gandhi made an unprecedented visit at residence of Parasram Maderna in Jaipur on June 26, 2006, she pleaded with Shri Maderna to return to active politics, which he had politely declined on ‘pretext’ of health grounds.

However in last few days senior emissary of Congress President has again discussed matters with Shri Maderna for post of Vice President. For which Shri Maderna has not commented in Yes or No.

Shri Maderna has indicated in he is a committed congressman and he would abide by the wishes and instruction of Congress High Command, however at the same time he has also again used the ‘pretext’ of health and unwillingness to move to Delhi.

Two things are for sure. First, the bitterness of Shri Maderna and Jat community in Rajasthan is far for over. Second and most importantly some heir apparent of Shri Maderna has moved so up in the ladder with the Congress President that even at the peak of UP elections she is thinking, talking and going out of the way to please him. History seems to be repeating itself in Rajasthan.

Very right and straight talking, when we talk of the National leader. The Politician mentioned above have done well for themselves at the level they are, but they are nowhere near the aspiration and stature of a national leader. On the hind-sight, if Lalu can be seen at the national scene and probably give lesson to B-school, they are not bad.
It would not be a bad idea if we systematically groom some young mind here, but it is very difficult to get jats to consensus (joking)
