I mean to say that Subhash Mehariya is among the leading man in state BJP and have a good chance to become CM of Rajasthan in future.

Yes, certainly he has the right requisite to be Chief Minister some time in future. The prevailing mind frame of BJP does not support a Jat Chief Minister.
We need to talk about immediate future and Congress is the only party in position to be able to support our candidature or give us our due importance and leverage in Rajasthan.
There is also talk of third-front or regional party for Rajasthan led by Natwar Singh and his son Jagat Singh along with some Congress leaders, but then it will only cut into Congress votes and significantly reduce possibility of Jat being a Chief Minister. We all know Natwar Singh and his son Jagat Singh proximity to BJP Chief Minister Vasundhera Raje, its natural they will play to her tunes.

In 2008 & 2009 and thereafter, there will be two challenges for our community in Rajasthan, for the first time since our consolidation in late 1930’s there will be a generation change. The young leaders of then might all be out of the race.
The generation after them has not really earned its respect to be able to lead our community. (I am sorry if I hurt someone’s feeling, but this is a fact)
We will need to select and patronize someone from a younger generation who will truly be able to lead us in this century, with our values and aspirations.
Here I might add that we shall need to accommodate such a person among ourselves, who is our choice but also acceptable to all others (castes, people, section of the society) in Rajasthan. After all we do not want to repeat our past mistakes to glorify ourselves and be cornered. We need to select who is one among us and lead all. To be at helm of affairs in Rajasthan, one cannot do it alone with just one community.
Difficult proposition, but for the sake of our future we will have to short-list someone. The onus is on us for our future.

Yes, Subhash Mahariya have the ability to become CM and i think the mind frame of BJP is changing towards Jats as they can't neglect Jats becoz swing of the jat votes decide the politics of Rajasthan. They can play jat card too in future and Subhash Mahariya may lead them in Rajasthan.
You are right Congress is the immediate future in Rajasthan.
Third front or any regional party can't do anything in Rajasthan's political scenario. Natwar Singh doesn't have any personal influence but he can secure his political career if he join hands with BJP. Otherwise he is nowhere in politics now.

As I think Mr. Subhash Mahariya don’t have a future as a CM of Rajasthan.
I have one question : “Why do BJP or any other Party make a JAT as CM?”, anyway Jats are Happy where they are, they don’t have time to look at the state Politics or any other thing then their own fights.
Ok my leader is now in power so everything will happen for me what I want. If I am a Govt. Employee, then transfer near home, if a business man then my illegal business legally. If I am a student then entrance in college politics and money from college fund. If I am a farmer then electricity connection but no electricity other then the last 6 months just before election. If I am doing nothing then money and alcohol in election.
What I say man Everybody is happy. No body wants to change coz no body is ready to face the reality.
This is my Personal perception, might possible it hurts somebody but I am very sure I am not wrong.
Now talk about my place Shekhawati and current leaders. Coz I know the condition and I faced them.
From Independence till now there is no Broadway Railway Track. I know there are a lot places in Rajasthan or even in our country where there is no railway track, schools, colleges and all but we are talking about Jat power (I am not talking about muscle power
) and their influence in politics and society. there are no industries, and even there is potential for certain industries. There are many Business tycoons from Shekhawati, but no investment other then in Elections. 
Shekhawati is only famous for their brave soldiers, what is the condition of Quality
Higher education. Where are the colleges in which students can do some research or can go for their subject. Even till now students have to go to Jaipur or delhi for Higher studies. What about the trades?
Even Mr. Subhash Mahariya, Mr Ola or any other leader never tried for it. Mr. Ola a minister in Govt. never spoke for the problems of his area. Coz he know he is not going to loose for sure. Ok now Mr. Subhash Mahariya, can anybody tell me what he did for Jat Community or even for his Rajasthan. I don’t think that other then we people and in his voters some body know him.

. That time I thought, how it is possible any one can win election without doing work for his people, but now I came to know this something is what is known as politics in current era. And as I think every politician is just doing only the else part.
As Mr. Vijay and Aartiji mentioned Natwar Singh’s Name. Don’t u guys think we are just spoiling our discussion but discussing about Natwar singh after what he did when he was spotted in the Iraq scandal. I am not blaming him that he did so in Iraq scandal, but the way he reacted and what he did to save himself. If ur innocent then prove it don’t run away from the blames by changing parties, and by creating political pressure.
Glory and respect don’t follow the person u have to make them follow U, and as I think we are not doing anything to make people respect us.

That is an arduous task but an important one.
Do we have few name that can fit in to this young slot.
As far as ideologies are concerned these days all parties are having same .
We can see a socialist Yashwant turning to a BJPite Yaswant and hinduta supporter Vaghela turning in to a secular vegala of congress, Same Advani change face with every season from a communal to secular to a fan of jinnaha.So we can say that ideologies are more governed by the likes and dislikes of cotire that is in control of a particular party.
And whether we like or dislike we have to admit that top BJP circle is anti jat in mantality,so we can safely leave possibility of a jat cm in BJP.I stil remember the lame excuse of Atal for removing Sahib for no fault saying what can be done sahib himself said that I will leave chair if party does not perform well,never remembering that he forgets himself all in morning what he said last night.
So let us pin our hope on Parasram ji and hope that younger people will see the opportunity and will rise to the ocassion.
BTW who are current young promising options in addition to our own talented people at jatland.

Rajasthan have such large area and u can't expect engineering or medical college in every town. What you say about Modi Institute of Technolgy ( One of best Institute in India ) at Laxmangarh.

If you had read my posts here carefully i never supported Natwar Singh. But discussing about a person's political career is not a sin.

I said trades, and our farmers are good enough to feed the whole nations. Nobody is waiting for the Politicians to come and feed them.

Leaders don't necessarily have to come or decided from New Delhi. They can also come from villages. Frankly, that may be a good place to start, specially for Jats. I can name village Sarpanches who have taken people's and village's problems by heart to solve them. The good work they have done puts these ministers in govt. to shame. If they get involved in state politics they could make good leaders.
People can win an MLA or MP on a party ticket and become ministers. Their own they may not even become a Panch. Does that qualify them for state or national level leadership and hot topic of discussion?
