इसके खातर मैंने अपने इलाके के कुछ सरकारी और प्राइवेट स्कूल में गया .. मैंने 8 से लेकर 12 तक की maths , physics , chemistry की classes भी ली ... लेकिन इक बात मैंने देखि की ..90 -100
स्टुडेंट्स में केवल ९-१० ही मेहनत करना चाहते है .... मैं शहरों की तो बात नहीं करता लेकिन पढाई के लिए जो अनुशाशन चाहिए वो कस्बो और गाँव के बालको में है नहीं....

दूसरी बात finance की आती है आजकल हमारे इलाके में .. (दिल्ली-जयपुर ) जमीने के भाव इतने बढ़ गए है .. कोई भी स्कूल खातर १-१.५ करोड़ रूपया लागे है....

कुछ पहल मैंने सुरु तो की है .... अपने कसबे के प्रिंसिपलो से रुझान भी लिया था .. एक प्रमुख कोअचिंग इंस्टिट्यूट से भी बात की थी अपनी फ्रंच्याई देने की .. लेकिन रुझान को देखते उन्होंने मन कर दिया ... कोसिस तो करके देखते है .. बाकी भगवान् की मर्ज़ी ....

I am happy at least one person responded. Now a days I am in CA, USA otherwise based in Australia for last 22 years.
I am a 67 years old started programming in 1972 and was selected by the first Indian Programmer after my PG diploma in computer science from IIT Delhi.
By the way was born in a village Qutab Garh in Delhi. My parents were not educated but according to me my father was most educated person. When I was 14 years old he called a meeting of all four graduates in my village, I am taking about 1959. I did my HSC from Kanjhawla Delhi, B Sc from Vaish College Rohtak, M Sc from Punjab University Chandigarg. I worked as a maths teacher in Samlo kalan in Jind and in village Balsmand in Hissar. Also I worked aa Maths lecturer in PU Evening college Rohtak, Vaish College Bhiwani and Nehru College Hansi in Hissar. I was selected as Govt Lecturer in Haryana was to join at Gurgaon.
My father advised my to go only as a computer programmer and I joined Dept of Atomic Energy (Nuclear Power Projects) in Mumbai.
My whole point is I have seen the ground realities in rural areas of Delhi and Haryana. There is no end to give my personal details.

Now let us discuss your project

A saint and snake never make a shelter, but live in one made by others. Point is why u want crores of rupees to buy land. Buildings are already there, if u are not able to sell your idea, it is your fault. U are a programmer, for any software product u have a unit test, system test, integration test and UAT before u go for production. Hence to start with u have to do a lab experiment and then replicate.
After one more year, may be I will be able to help u being physically present in India.
What I can Do
===========
I know thousands of people in North America and Australia who are from IITs and others including our own Jat community.
One my friend is among top 10 richest Indian Americans from our community and even his parents were not educated. Rurkee University requested him to help them by writting a letter to the Indian Prime Minister to make Rurkee University as an IIT, which is now history.
From my own village a young person is running a E Learning company in Pune India employing 200 people, I can give u money, people power and technology.
But need people like u who have a burning desire.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and a lot of motivation to go forward for my Idea !!

Am belong to Jaguwas a village near Behror Town (Alwar Dist.), B.Tech in CSE from IIT. There are very few in my area who studying/studied in NIT/IIT. My father was very interactive and hardworking Principal in Sr. Sec. Sechool, and I too found myself best at teaching. But currently I am soft engg in IBM-ISL Gurgaon.

I was talking with Resonance KOTA, and They agreed to open a center in Alwar, but this will not benefit our society the way we want.

People are more interested now in my area towards high education of their children. You asked some lab experiment, I would like to know which kind of and how we can run more. I can invest 4 days a month now. And it will be good if I can find volunteers in my area (I am looking for this too.)
