You know many of worthy n senior members left JL just cuz of these hijacks n leg pulling, when I asked them to come back they said its no more worthwhile to visit, ppl just quarrel there in vain. now tell me how should we improve ?

I supported the right cause, no nonsense talks should be allowed on serious discussions and for this mods gotta be serious here.

Agree bhai he should have told you as you every day come to chaupal and Samar also regularly found there in chaupal he could have told u. And even if the pic was fine i don't think that it should have deleted.

You saw so many members leaving but why didn't you left the place till now? :rolleyes:

Answer is : They left coz they wanted to leave it and you didnt left coz you wanted to stay on, what else left to answer?
 
Mere bhai,,,no body leaves because of hijacking, leg pulling etc etc, the people leave only because of Fake IDs and above all when those fake ids comes to light are not being addressed properly and add to that,,,,,different rules for different people,,,

koyi bhi Jat, leg pulling, hijacking ki vajah se nahi bhaag kar jaayega,,,,agar aisa hai to batao phir kaun inh karano se JL chhod kar gaya hai

Well, now you asked how am comparing these two things - My take : I am not comparing, I am saying that I dont like reading lines like this AT ALL. Now what to do, should I fight with you or ask mods to delete such posts? Obviously not ! I cant extend my dislike and judge the things ! I have to see it from the angle of the people here at large.

We all appreciate something or the other, but dont you think that half of your posts are only about appreciating :rolleyes:

Am not saying that it is something bad.

It is something I dont like at all and still I never poited it out just because we are here to adjust and not quarrel on petty things !

Aur wo waala thread mai padh chuki hu, and please 'many users' ko padhne ke liye aur bhi kayi sites milti hongi ! The sites on which more specialised and technically competent ppl discuss it that way.

Its a matter of taste.

If they like this kind of Jatuu discussions they will read, else there is no dearth of sites and neither of audience ! One must not worry for such far away things. Aur jo jyada cheap remark hain wo delete nahi kiye moderators ne to mai kya karu ! Wo kayi non-cheap remarks delete karne me kayi baar time waste kar dete hain.

You know, people can categorize this post of yours as a post derailing the discussion just because you have said so much yet nothing worth it !

Now you found yourself short of any viable & convincing argument and wanted to end it up calling me 'Gyaani' but the fact is that we people talk about impressions such things make, what if this & what if that and so on, but fact is that people who want to stay do stay no matter what, people who want to discuss do so no matter what and things move on.

However, I am also in favour of a disciplined environment. There is a limit to everything after all, BUT there are PROPER ways to do so. Wont it have been convinient for both the members and mods if it was mutually discussed or told to members that from now on we are on a 'Cleansing Drive' and will be deleting posts which are found objectionable. And to begin with, it should have started on a slow pace so as to make the members realise what is happening & how they ought to change for the better.

Who doesnt like a good place? They are two ways to make a slum clean:

1- Throw out everyone & everything which is bad
2- Start a drive gradually and positively and arrive at the mutual goal

Sadly, the first option was chosen. Were the members informed or communicated about the reasons any time? Were they asked for 'show cause' kind of stuff before imposing on them harsh decisions?

Discipline means not imposing ! It is inculcating the disciplined habit, starting from a friendly communication process and ending with strict adherence to the rules laid thereafter and NOT vice versa as is being done here !

There are ways for everything and everything has a way !

Hope the moderators take this thing seriously and dont end up looking at this revolt kind of scene with a bad eye, rather they must come up with a helping hand and we wont hesitate to stretch ours too !

hamein bhagwan par pura bharosa hai bhai,,,,,,,nyaay jarur millega,,,,,hamne kabhi galat bhaasha ka paryog nahi kiyaa

mera to yahi kahna hai ki,,,agar Sumit Sehrawat ka name change request theek nahi laga mods ko to usko turn down kar dena chaahiye thaa,,,,,mana kar dete usko,,,,,,Sumit apni marji se to Naam badal nahi sakta thaa as the Mods have the Admin rights,,,,

I would also request Jit Takhar bhai too name all those senior and worthy members whom he says that left because of leg pulling etc,,,,if he gives names then we can enquire that how far his claims are true,,,

Over effort should be to find the facts and not react on just hearsay:rock
