gaurav bhai ram-ram
yaar acc. to my experience php is used only for web development........and that too only for small or medium scale web applications for example any website....
but if you want to develop large business application then it become very difficult to handle them in php......then java is the best option.....java is a very vast and complete technology......
if u go for php then ur profile will be only of a WEB DEVELOPER and the opportunities for u will be limited ......but if u go for java then u will have a lot of opportunities .........as web developer , as core java developer.......
i have no idea of dot net....so cannot comment on that but among php and java i will suggest u to go for java..........u can have a great carrier in java.......
and moreover php is very easy to learn......but to clear the concepts of java a training is must......otherwise u have to devote a lot of time to learn java.....after learning java u will find php very easy....u only have to learn the syntax of php.....all the concepts required in php are covered in java servlets and jsp

I agree with Sandeep.
Java is more spread out and will give you options to decorate your profile as much more then just web developer.

Hi Gaurav

Please be careful if its paid training with 100% job guarantee type of offer . If you got it from a reputed company then I am also agreed with Sandeep otherwise not. Ya after paying money you will get a job but I have doubt about the quality of the job/training. Actually its a good idea to raise VC for a startup like this. But unprofessional to me, It is responsibility of a company to arrange training for their employees, after all employees are the only assets of a IT company.

php/mysql is very easy to learn. you can learn it your own. For any clarification you can contact me anytime.

best of luck.

gaurav bhai the contents does not matter.....it totally depends on yoyu which one you want to choose......
but i will suggest you to think beyond this training.......in training they will give you only an overview of technology...rest you have to do to it urself.....u r starting ur carrier in software development.........so dont just limit it to LAMP.......in java u can do much much better.......later on if u want to switch to php then it will be a lot easy......but if you start as php professional then it will be difficult for you to switch.....
the content mentioned by you in java are very important if anyone want to learn java....n while learning these concepts u will get a complete overview of java n then u can further explore each topic in depth.....

be careful about such companies.. last Sunday hi mujhe 1 sardar mila tha..
He and his group joined a company after company's verbal assurance that they will get job in the same company after training.. Par unhe bakwas reasons dekar bola gaya ki aap log hamare performance criteria main fit nahi hote.. Aur aisi companies bahut sari hai..

Never go for paid training.. Isse better hai interview ke liye prepare karo..
Abhi openings bhi ane lagi hai..
Java and .NET have more job oppurtunities the PHP..
And if you are fresher .NET is easiest language to learn..

Scjp

You can do Sun certified Java Programmer (SCJP) certificate. It is not easy and you have to prepare for this. But it is not that hard as well. Once ou are done with this, you would know Java n and out(Core java API's). This knowledge would help you in inteviews a lot.
Same path can be taken for .Net and C#, but I think there you have to take more exams(3 I think)
This certificate has marketing value for your resume too. So I am sure you would not have problem in getting any job after that. So invest 2 months in this.

Kathy Sierra forr SCJP Exam / Beginner to learn JAVA

You can do Sun certified Java Programmer (SCJP) certificate. It is not easy and you have to prepare for this. But it is not that hard as well. Once ou are done with this, you would know Java n and out(Core java API's). This knowledge would help you in inteviews a lot.

KATHY SIERRA is the Author Name for SCJP book.

This alone is sufficient to grasp almost all concepts for basic understanding of Java concepts , equivalently good for any beginner too.

Just few days before real exam don't forgot to view www.Testking.com PDF's for SCJP , freely available on various storage site like esnips.com..

Also download one test run environment a .exe file available on net for practicing Exam-like questions
SCJP 6.0 exam with Whizlabs preparation kit / simulator.

Simultaneously good for Diploma Guys eagerly waiting to enter any branded firm. One can do BTech through DCE or other such ace colleges once in job through evening classes.

Everywhere one sees GRADUATE Degree must to appear for any competitive exam , such DIPLOMA guys feels cheated , many do these professional courses after +2.
( 3 yrs after +2 still not a graduate , much better & learned then any direct BA or likewise)

One DATABASE exam like ORACLE Z007 or likewise will be a sure shot to be INN a major firm too easily.

hi to all
and thanks Dheeraj Balyan Ranvir Singh Dalal and Anurag Sangwan for replying to my post.
ok i get it that java is very good. but my problem is that i am 2007 passout and i dont have any workex or any thing credential to to cover my gap. thats why facing many problems to get interview calls. can u please tell how after that certification i will get a job because everywhere for java professional 2 year or more exp is required. so what should i do? one thought is crossing that go for MBA. plz guide. and one thing more the job offer i get is from my trustworthy person. so i am on safe side.
so tell me what should i do now.
but again heartiest thanks to all of you who heard my question and replied. you guys are really great.

i agree Ranvir is right.. Certification's give some advantage over others.. But for that easier way is to get dumps and pass, which are easily available.. For basics in .NET there are three exams..
But in IT knowledge is must for fresher as well as exp., never blame qualification or anything else.. There are job openings.. U just need to prepare on a platform. There is big pool of candidates for fresher openings and only 5 % have good knowledge.. I myself have taken technical interviews and experienced this..

Can try :

CENTRE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCE COMPUTING (CDAC) RECRUITMENT
Esp C-DAC Chennai , Bangalore.

Society for Promotion of IT in Chandigarh (SPIC)

Even HARTRON etc...

No compulsion to put fake experience as most jobs are meant for ZERO exp with age limit 28/30 yrs.
