60% of Indian economy or population is agriculture based and I would assume that the list will be different if poll is undertaken among farmers/villagers across the country.

Accountable to whom ? people who dont even know that they can even ask questions to them? the people among whom this survey was conducted can only take part during these kind of surveys, if thye were actual voter then we will have these things implemented.
