Dear Dr Singh, I haven't barred any political party. What I have emphasised is that we need to be more judicious and prudent in making our decision to exercise franchise in the coming elections in Haryana particularly this time because BJP is trying to emerge as a big player and game setter. Collective wisdom is more accurate than that of an individual's. Jatland is such a lively platform where we can openly discuss and reach amicable decision provided we debate and decide impartially in the best interest of our community, isn't it?

Therefore I invite fellow Jats to present their arguments for and against a political party. If you don't take me otherwise, I'll like to say that we should respect and adhere to the Father of the Nation's idea expressed just after independence..
True. We should support a party which has better chances of winning, moreover same party govt at center and state level will lead to better development of the state. Now coming to jat/non-jat, it is too early to decide which party favours and which don't. As rightly said if we vote unitedly irrespective of the party our presence would be conspicous.

Everyone is chanting same thing BJP is anti-jat party, I would like to know what extra ordinary for jats do you expect or INLD this time? Moreover congress is a gone thing, supporting it won't help either. Wait and watch is the best policy for now, I don't see any potential non-jat CM with BJP. So let things evolve, things will be ultra clear before we go for voting.

You support and participate that is the key to keep in power. Jat votes are the most divided votes till date, it is high time we should learn. We have got reservation, we have presence is lok sabha, smart choice at the state level will help us to be in govt.

BJP Already ignored Haryana in budget session

Varansi, Haridwar, Ganga ji ke budget that but kya kurukshetra or haryana ke liye kuch nhi tha budget main.

BJP party only for businessman. Kisaano ke liye kuch nhi hai inke pass sirf manghaai ke shiwa. Haryana main aapne jayda bhai kisaan hi hai. Or Haryana ke kisaan pure India main sabse jayda acchi condition main.

Amit shah ki video dekh lok shaba election ke kitni fekta hai.

I can bet on it there is no party going to get Majority.

1st Survey just based on some big cities Fridabad or Gurgaon.
2nd You are from UP. You don't know ground of Haryana. Here are a lot of fans of Ch. Devi lal. Jo sirf INLD ko hi vote dete hai.
3rd Do you really think development superstar hooda will get only 3-4 seats?
4th People have positive think about INLD this time
5th Modi magic box has been discharged.

INLD will be no 1 party.

:topsy_turvy:

Yes it Does make sense, choor mar gaya per apni ulad chod gaya. Ha ha ha Just laugh

Upender,
Lok Sabha election was different, It was vote for Modi and against Congress in center and not for BJP. You saw what happened to HJC on two seats which was/is BJP ally.
Some Jat votes can go to BJP only if they declare jat CM candidate, otherwise Jat votes in Haryana are for INLD and congress only.

It is very hard for Congress to win third time in a row. In fact if they don't perform as they have in past, they are sure to vanish from Indian Politics as well. INLD lacks leadership. So BJP is only option left. BJP will/should propose some Jat as CM. It may be Capt. Abhimanyu or Ch. Birender Singh.

In this scientific age, it is surprising to learn that you still believe in magic and superstitions !

At present neither elections have been declared nor different parties have announced their candidates, therefore wishful surveys have nothing to offer but can only increase TRP of the channels. Simultaneously, your or mine thinking only cannot change the prevailing political fluid situation or equations in the State.

What is good in supporting BJP and bad in supporting other political parties, is beyond one's comprehension, could you elaborate.

No political party can claim exclusive claim on the support of Jats as a matter of right. The community is politically very conscious of its position and would take a suitable decision at the hustings.

Dear Friend, it is not the matter of magic or superstitions. These days such kind of surveys and polls are hardly proving false. People have made their mind.

Thanks & regards.

Congress could be denied by People. But there are so many people who just will vote for INLD. Lok Shabha main INLD ka koi role nhi tha per Vote sharing dekho kitni aai thi.

BJP ne ager Jat Cm candidate liye to samjho. Baki sab castes gai unse, or thoda bahut jat will support them. BJP syaad cm candidate election result se phlaye cm candiate ka name bhi le. kyunki inhe jat votes or other votes bhi chiye hoge.

2. There 4-5 others parties jo ki baki caste ke vote pe assa lagye bathi hai.

I endorse your view that Jat votes are 'most divided' till date. This is because we generally think no one can have better idea or view than 'me'. All of us yell at the top of our voice that Jats must become united for the benefit of community. But actually when the right time comes we ignore our own slogan of unity. We are never ready to yield to our own philosophy. We have always been cheated by our own selfish individualistic ideology. It's said in India there is unity in diversity. Is it not an irony that in Jat community their is also unity in diversity? We become united to bear losses & keep repenting, and we become diversified to achieve any gainful status! This is living mockery that we play on ourselves, isn't it? The shrewd intelligent politicians know this "UNIVERSAL FACT" and they always in fooling us for their ulterior motives. Haven't we borne losses only on account of our self-centred approach? Are we less intelligent that those who claim that they were always treated as sub-humans? Sadly the fact is that we are far more simpleton than the followers of Mayawati/Mulayam. The time is ripening when we must discuss, debate and reach some useful decision.

Some friends say it's not right time to discuss or jats cannot affect decision making of political parties. I strongly oppose this horribly dangerous idea. On account of Muslim votes (18% approx) a party ruled India for about 60 years and another regional parties are ruling on the same assumption in many states like UP, Maharastra, W. Bengal, and South Indian States. Why can't Jats impress upon political parties to consider them a deciding factor? Are we so inefficient and impractical? We must shun inferiority complex. Think hard judiciously and adopt mission mode - now or never. I am an apolitical person and have been so throughout. I am ready to contribute for our community in the best form to my capacity. I volunteer to write for our community or similar type of work. I wish to boost up courage in our youth to uplift our community.

Friends it's always better to predict and to make prophecy logically. Aag lagne pe kua khodnaa samjhdaari nahi kehlata hai!

It is clear that BJP has collected many turn coats to its fold to dig the well for it to fall in; this would be clear to everyone on the declaration of the party tickets. Everyone would have not to wait for long as the fight between the BJP's original workers and the newly entered leaders would be witnessed in open in some cases and the internal damage to others.

But several armchair journalists seating in air conditioned rooms in far off places from the State without visiting the State and interacting with the people of the state just try to show their understanding of the issue of Haryana Assembly elections and are predicting future BJP wave equating it to the Parliamentary elections wave.

This is just a media hype !

Could you tell the logic of the post [incidentally in the justification of which you being a 'apolitical' person have come out as a supporter], where he says that it is good for the Jat community to vote BJP.

Why not others and why the BJP only must have been made clear by him !

If some logical arguments are presented on the issue one would have no grudge against his prophecy.

Could you kindly throw some light on the issue!

How the community could be united and also kindly suggest some method to wean away the Jats from all the political parties and join the united platform offered by us here.

Kindly share your dream blue print here so that it could be debated, discussed and some useful conclusion could be arrived at.

Leave aside other parties for the moment, One example of BJP not pro-farmers : Even today more than 60% people of the state depend upon Agriculture and they were promised that on coming to power Swaminathan Commission Report on Agricultural Prices would be implemented. They voted for BJP candidates in large numbers. There is no mention of the same in the budget, why could OP Dhankar who organised cycle rallies to befool the farmers in Haryana on this issue, explain.

I never claim that I am the most learned and intellectual of everyone present here at this site or anywhere. I am a humble learner that's why I urge upon fellow Jats here that we should discuss, debate and reach some amicable solution. I never said or claimed like my wise friend who says that "It is clear that BJP has collected many turn coats to its fold to dig the well for it to fall in; this would be clear to everyone on the declaration of the party tickets. Everyone would have not to wait for long as the fight between the BJP's original workers and the newly entered leaders would be witnessed in open in some cases and the internal damage to others." I don't have that much of wisdom to predict and conclude.

I have only humbly submitted what Mahatma Gandhi expected of nation's politics. He opined that the party which played pivotal role in freedom struggle must dissolve itself into a social service organisation and bid goodbye to politics once and for all.

Had I any blue print I would have presented before my brethren. Alas! I am so ignorant! Yet, I must humbly submit as I said earlier collective wisdom is always far better than individual's. Some over-intelligent scholar may object and find faults as per their nature. Nevertheless, they too are our own. So we must tolerate them as well.

Govt is for 5 years, you are well aware all things can't be done at one go. BJP is pro-farmers or not I don't care, but modi is pro-farmers. Give present govt. sometime, things will be much better for farmers(You can make a comparision with earlier govt.).
