why sehwag missed a world cup

so guys why sehwag missed a world cup nay guess .. no no its not injury..

It is something else ;) here is the news .. sehwag blessed with a baby boy

टीम इंडिया के विस्फोटक बल्लेबाज वीरेंद्र सहवाग दूसरी मर्तबा पिता बन गए हैं। कल उनकी पत्नी आरती ने राजधानी दिल्ली में दूसरे बेटे को जन्म दिया। अभी चंद रोज पहले खबर आई थी कि वीरेंद्र सहवाग इंग्लैंड में कांउटी क्रिकेट खेलने जाने वाले थे लेकिन बीसीसीआई ने इसकी इजाजत नहीं दी।

मजेदार बात ये है कि इन्हीं वीरेंद्र सहवाग ने टी 20 विश्व कप टीम में चयन होने के बाद टीम की रवानगी से ठीक एक हफ्ते पहले ये कहकर अपना नाम वापस ले लिया था कि उनकी कंधे की पुरानी चोट फिर उभर आई है। लिहाजा वे इसका इलाज कराना चाहते हैं। फिर उनके कांउटी में खेलने की बात सामने आई।

इस खबर के पीछे कि बड़ी खबर ये है कि सहवाग एक तीर से दो निशाने साधने की फिराक में थे। कांउटी में खेलने के बहाने इंग्लैंड जाने के पीछे सहवाग की मंशा थी कि दूसरे बच्चे की डिलिवरी इंग्लैंड पहुंचकर होती तो नियमों के मुताबिक बच्चे के साथ-साथ उसके माता और पिता को भी ब्रिटेन की नागरिकता हासिल हो जाती। लेकिन बीसीसीआई के बड़े अधिकारी ने उनके कांउटी दौरे को रद्द कर उनकी इस मंशा पर पानी फेर दिया।

Yes i do agree with narendra. This man doesn't need UK citizenship. He may have skipped world cup just to stay home at this point of time or it may be due to injury...
But UK citizenship thing.. I don't think so at all.
 
This is just another case of immature, spicy and stupid journlism.

Sehwag may have missed the world cup either due to injury or due to other important things in his personal life but this citizenship theory seems too far fetched and stupid one.

I wonder when media will start respecting the personal lives of celebrities instead of cooking up such spicy stories every now and then.
 
Just a thought- even if the news in correct, is it wrong for Sehwag to take decisions, including UK citizenship, for himself and his family? His reason for not playing in a world cup must be important enough for him to loose all that money by not playing T20.....

I think even journalist was completely ignorant about citizenship rules in UK ,there is no citizenship by birth in uk , at least one of the parent must be an UK citizen.. also I think after 7 months of pregnancy no Airline allowed pregnant lady to fly..

On lighter note agar aisa hota toh my son also got UK citizenship as he was born in Bedforshire , uk
