Why the girls hide their identity????

Here is a question which is striking my mind from last few days. Why the girls hide their identity.?. Even on Jatland where all of us are from same community & almost same culture & traditions. Noone wants to disclose her identity. I don't understand why girls are pretending to be strong , independent... The fact is .they are still scared of this man's world & don't feel secure here.....isn't it????

I didn't know that GIRLS CAN BE STRONG AND INDEPENDANT by posting their PHOTOS on JATLAND???? Is this a LATEST DIFINITION OF STRENGTH AND INDEPENDANCE???? :D ;) :o :( :mad: :rolleyes: :confused: :cool:

Yes ,might be...... If we talk about equality then why girls don't post their PHOTOS & Cellno.??
Girls are strong , independent. but still they don't have dare to disclose even their personal information.. they will never do it because they know they will be in trouble..... still afraid of this dangerous animal(man) who is not trustable...................

My personal view is that there is no harm if girls/women hide their personal details on such public forums. We have all types here. I am aware of cases where immature individuals have caused a lot of interference in people's lives by using the personal details given in the profile.

No, they are not afraid, just cautious and rightly so.

However, it is a free world and should someone want to post all their personal details, they are welcome. However, I do not think that posting one's photograph is indicative of being strong & independent. It is just a metter of comfort.
