Yes it looked aggressive and your response was based on assumption that I was highlighting "problems" of having lady drivers which was not the case........ And if you didnt mean it, koye baat na fer....... BHOOL CHOOK LENI DENI !!!

I think, its the conductor who instruct the driver in the bus. Driver cannot stop or drive without the instruction of the conductor. Conductor is like the director.

aapne chinta karan ki jarurat na se. kannector ki dekhi jaagi, par aapki bharti jaruri se HR me . koye na bhi raaji hoga kannector banan ne to bus seva pre-paid karaa dyaange . samaadhaan saare hain apne pe :D

Woman Driver arr man conductor ka aapas mein baadhiya taal meil hona zarooree hae - koi ego issues nahin honae chhaheeya between them. Tabhee bus theek dhalein chaalaegee!!! Like how it is in a married life ... :) :)

Hahahaha!! Urmila ji ki driver seat kai upar camera dharna padega. Arr poori activity monitor howegi. Kitni haan Urmila ji nai baat kari, kitna time waste kara arr Urmila ji ka behaviour kissa tha passengers gelya(Customer service is very important). Arr passengers dhorai Urmila ji ki service arr driving ka regular feedback leya jaawega. E.g :Kaade Urmila ji speeding ghani to nahi kar rahi thi. Road mai jo potholes sain, untai avoid karkai kyukar chalayi buss. Speed hump pai buss kudda to nahi di poori speed tai etc. ;)


Saari chiz note hokai pher performance review howega. Salary poori jib milegi jib Urmila ji ki performance 100 percent thik rehwegi. Na to katte jaagi salary.

संजीव, जाटलैंड पे जो मेम्बर सै वोह ड्राईवर कि पोस्ट ताहि अप्लाई बी ना करै, यो बात तो आप मान के चलो. रही बात पहिया बदलण, तो मेरी पड़ोस मै ऐ सै एक, रिश्ते मै भाभी लगे सै. चाहे टैक्टर का पिछला पहिया बदलवा ले. उह बिचारी रांड (विधवा) हो रिह सै, अर बाळक इब्बे छोटे सै, करना पडै सै यो उह नै मजबूरी मै ऐ. इब न्यू बता दे शर्त के सै??
चलो शर्त कि बी छोडो.

भाई नै एअरपोर्ट/ रेलवे टेशण, दिल्ली/गुडगाँव जित कि कहो उत तै बिठा के ल्याणा और छोड़ के आणा मेरी जुम्मेवारी रही, बोलो कद आ रे सो देखण खातर ??




Bhai Ji ....... exception case to bhatere se mhare JAT SMAJ me ..........
