Ib saare bawlibooch is mudde pache pad jyange ar budget mein aur uste pehle jo khal taari hai loga ki usne bhul jange. Petrol aur diesel ke dam badha ke.
Ib ye saari lottery un jagaho par niklengi jit congress ne haran ka dar hai. U.P. mein Mayavati ko hatan ke chakkar mein hai ib Congress.Haryana mein bhi ye seat siraf wo ayengi jahan ab tak siraf male candidates hi ladte aaye hain.ya jahan congress ke pass jananiyo ko khada karne ki option hai.

मेरा गाम सात आठ हज़ार की आबादी आला स .... पाछले पांच साल पहलाम जो सरपंची का इलेक्शन होया उस में महिला category का आरक्षण था...... एर जो सरपंच बनी ... उसके छोरे ने सरपंची चलाई पांच साल.... वा बेचारी तो खेत में तें सर पे सूखी लाकडी ल्याती मेंने देख ली..... कदे न फैसले करे उस ने गाम में......... बल्कि उसके छोरे ने सारा गाम "सरपंच" कहवे स..... या स हकीकत......

हाँ मेरे को पता है की बहुत से तर्क वितर्क हो सकते हैं मेरी इस बात पर.... लेकिन ज्यादातर फायदे जो गिनाये जा रहे हैं वोह सिर्फ किताबी हैं ....ground reality तो यही रहनी है ,.....

Hi Akshay......
This is a logical conclusion of what the women reservation bill tries to do to the Indian Parliamentry system.... Normally the sitting MPs perform (or tries to) so that they can be re-elected from the same constituency, and if they know that the constituency will not be theirs after five years, they will be spending the time sitting idle..... and this will be the case in 362 seats (half for women who will not be contestinf next time and half of the MPs who are going to surrender these seats to women.....)
