As we all know that last Earth Submit held in johanburg (South Africa) ended in a deadlock, we could not reach any conclusion.The theme of the congress was" Would you Please give your Honset Opinion how to find Solution of the world Food Shortage". people put different theories to the failure like- America pulled out of Kyoto protocol, Australia backed America and so on....There was one Indian scientist attending the conference. He was asked to give his theory. He expresses the failure reason word by word:
