This notification has been send for all proposed SEZs in India and these are nothing but the new guideline for the SCZs setup. It doesnot mean that at haryana any thing is going wrong.

For your kind information the new guide lines have been issued to all the approved 164 SEZs across the country & not only for Haryana, Pubjab & Maharashtrya.
Hooda Govt. from the very first time" what ever land is aquired by the govt. is uneven, infertile, there is no arrangement of water and is of no use to the farmers. Yes, the little problem is with the share of land aquired directly by Reliance.
I like to add one more thing, Farmers are in que there, to sell there land for the SEZ. These are the ground reality, i my self has seen. And rest is drama.

As the issue is regarding the price, although the price there is high but there is actualy no buyer in the remote areas. Yes, thats why the land owners are in que and also demanding some more compensation. But this issue has been more mobalised by other peoples.

Guidlines are for all the SEZs but it was specifically mentioned by the commerce ministry that the SEZs which have problem are those in Haryana, Pinjeb and Maharashtra.

Hello Dr Malik
How the commerse ministry come to know there is a problem, this is based on the Hu Hella made by others. The ground reallity is that the govt. (HSIIDC earlier HSIDC) planes to aquire that land which lies with the dealers only not from the farmers. Here the dealers means those who have baught the land there in last few years and farmers means the native peoples. The roots of this hu hella lies with those (Dealers) who have invested their black money in purchasing this land.

Sara gam ke de ga ki Jhota Baiya va ga to ka jhota biya kere?

Nothing but the truth

Dear Dr. Malik Ji
Dont feel bad, I think you are biased and your views are just based on news/ journals. Come to the ground and search for the truth behind all this.
My basics are very much clear and though i have read the whole thread mainly yours.
Please search for the truth/ facts.

Gaam walan na to bera hi per ya jo sehar wala ne naa bera jo bi phad liya ya hai voa ga de hai.

Hahahahahaha !

Shamsher Bhai !

I don't think that this is a open and unbiased discussion now as so many Hooda's just want to prove that Mr. Hooda ( Respected CM ) is the best without providing any surface level facts. :)

Namaskar

Shamsher Bhai !

I don't think that this is a open and unbiased discussion now as so many Hooda's just want to prove that Mr. Hooda ( Respected CM):)

Vijay bhai sahab
First we all are JAT bhai than other, Please dont recognise us by our surname. If we will not write Hooda than it is ok?

It's not like that Vikas Bhai,

I saw last few posts strongly in favour of Mr. Hooda but without any ground realities and most of the posts are from members whose surname is Hooda. Yes we are Jat first and than something other.

But now i think this thread is loosing the real point and personal ego is supressing that.

My own point of views and maybe i am wrong too. :)

Dear Vijay,

Everyone taking part in this debate is supporting one or the other. Also their responses should look biased. You are no exception . You can be accused of supporting Choutalas because of personal /family relations which you had claimed else where that goes back to time of Shri Devilal and your grandfather.

I am sure Vijay, you should be in agreemnt with me on the fact that your your grandfather did the biggest mistake of his life to help Bhajanlal politically. Bhajanlal is the one person who has brought most disrespect to the political system in Haryana

It may be too early to provide concrete proof of achievements of Shri Hooda as a CM but he looks sincere in his approach. His son as a young MP has definitely done well. And certainly better than younger Chautalas who has done much more in 1.5 years than Ajay Chautala in almost ten years in Parliament.
My only fear is that development sholdn't be concentrated in and around NCR. I mean, no region of Haryana should be ignored and there should be equal distribution of new projects and resources.

Omprakash Chautala's recent outbrust are typical of a looser politician who can't wait for 5 years out of power.

Bhai Lochab what evils are you talking about, those he left behind in his recent or last tennure as a CM?

Dear Deswal Ji

I think, the development in NCR looks more due the Private Builders(Real Estate).

Yes, you are right that Ch. Devi Lal were friend of my grandfather but that was a different thing as Ch. Devi Lal always against the Congress and my grandfather were die hard Congressman. That didn't effect the friendship of them. As you saw here i never blamed respected Hooda Ji too. I just tried to show the development that Haryana achieved in Chautala's time. Nothing personal. I am Software Profesional and i know the development in Gurgaon during the time of Chautala especially in the software field and that why i am saying that otherwise i hardly participate in political discusions. The IT scenario in Gurgaon is just the results of the efforts from Chautala and we should give credit him for that.

Ya, My grandfather did the biggest mistake to help Bhajan lal. AGREE. But at that time who knew that what is stored in future ? I can feel sorry for that on behalf of my late grandfather. What else ?

I don't agree as neither Mr. Ajay Chaulata nor Mr. Deepenbder Hooda did anything special that can be mentioned here.

If you have any clue than plz let me know.

Totally agree with you here. Development should be in the total area but but govt. just want to be earn personal benefit and is puppet in the hands of bizs.

Do you think Getting Jhajjar-Riwari Railway line by Deepender Hooda is not siginificant? He solely is responsible for this line and not even his CM father.

The development in Gurgaon is due to Peoples from Delhi.
