I am Software Profesional and i know the development in Gurgaon during the time of Chautala especially in the software field and that why i am saying that otherwise i hardly participate in political discusions. The IT scenario in Gurgaon is just the results of the efforts from Chautala and we should give credit him for that.

The development in Gurgaon is due to Peoples from Delhi.
