You bring up some good points. I also knew Ch Bansi lal. Met him in early 70s. He had a commanding personality.

Coming to Kiran and shruti, most people (at least on this forum) agree that they are useless, power hungry ladies.

Question is:Who is not?

If you were in the Bansi Lal family, you would try to do the same IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! My point is that everyone would like to gain power, respect IF POSSIBLE.

I do not mean to say that trying to gain power would ALWAYS mean that you have bad intentions. However, what I do not understand is that why does the family not come out in open and speak up in media against Kiran?

if they dont, Kiran and shruti will always have a party whereas the other members of the family will keep crying.

Why does mahendra not come out in open and be aggresive? he is the direct heir of his fathers legacy.

In shruti's generation, doesnt mahendra have a son? what is he doing? squatting flies? what about other 3rd generation kids in that family? doesnt any among those wish to take the baton forward?

I dont know....when Abhay or Ajya chautala can, why not shruti?

It is a level playing field as I see it. Why does somveer not refute false claims of Kiran?

U must be right on ur part but my views r a bit different....respected families don make a public display of pvt life.....did shruti n kiran not do wht they r doing today in the streets of delhi when bansilal ji was living? they did....but did bansilal ji speak abt it? NO....if u remember somvir singh ji gave a lot of explanantions in news paper but the media din display much coz the media is sold out to kiran n as u r aware of kiran's n shruti, they r big time drama queens.....i can gaurantee u if the family opens their mouth these 2 will hv no face to be in public....public loves drama n they r njoying wht crap kiran says....but i'm sure truth always prevails....if kiran was true she wudn't hv left the others in the family living......v all know her intentions.....vaise bhi we hv heard the saying "empty vessels make the most noise"...it goes for both of them.....
anyways today i'm sure she must hv got a shock on hearing that apart from somvir even ranbir has got a ticket....she'll hv to concentrate on 3 constituencies: Loharu, Badhra n tosham... .....

That is what I have heard from many sources, mostly from this forum and also from media. That kiran opposes everyone in the bansi lal family.

If the media, people and everyone related to bhiwani says the same thing, I am guessing there is some truth in that.

You are basing your thinking on a lot of assumptions, many of which are totally wrong. That is why your conclusions are also wrong.

Believe me, even if you are from a political/ rich family, it is super hard to get into top business schools in the USA without being really capable of it.

It is just the process of admission which is very different then that in India. It includes a lot of objective and subjective points on which a candidate is judged and unlike india, there is no process of a back door entry in most of these schools.

I have been in US more than 30 years now. for about 7 of these, I was a consultant in some of the top Business schools in the USA and so I know this process from inside out. My son also got into one of the top Business schools here and I know how hard he had to work for years to accomplish that.

Now you assumption which is flawed is:

"Any student who is from a rich/ politically powerful family will not be talented OR can not be talented and/ or hardworking"

This is not ALWAYS true. It can be, but it can be false also.
A student might be from a rich or powerful family, but that does not mean that he/ she does not have intelligence and or hard work also with him.

So dont just assume that all kids of political families are spoiled brats, you will be surprised that many are not. They are intelligent and hard working ones also!

1 last point, MBA here is a professional degree and not an academic one. Thus, it teaches you real leadership and management skills.

That is why I mentioned that it can help a lot if a young politician has those skills.

Then again, it is not certain that it will help. It might not, but there is always a chance that it will help to some extent at least.

The odds or probability is better than someone not having this education at all...in which case he/ she will not even have that knowledge and so how will it help?

Just a query, how many indian studying in top class universities abroad are from political families or from business families? And how many reach there on their own? And now how many of those who reach their on their own enter in politics?

Now coming back to the MBAs/leaders, what do you think of a leader(grown in india, did his education from some indian university,elected as president/leader in university elections,knows what common man wants from a leader) will serve the country better than the Managers(MBAs).

Although there is some weight in your argument, I think you still missed my main point.

You are saying contradictory things here. You say on one hand that everyone knows what kiran and shruti are upto and then you also say that she is able to mislead people and talk negative things about somvir and mahendra singh. You can see that both of them cant be true at the same time. Either the public know or they dont

I dont know the family that close, most info I have is from media or from this forum or from people i know. What I have heard is that she threw a lot of mud on the whole family after the demise of bansi lal ji.

if that is true ( partially i know for sure from media) then its not about getting dirty or not. In many cases, if you remain quiet, it is a way of admitting some guilt. which i am sure that the family of bansi lal doesnt want to do.

Anyways, to me they are still not as corrupt or twisted as the chautala family is. The whole chautala family is nothing but a bunch of thugs and hopefully they should be kept out of the system for a long time...hopefully forever!!

This time Bhajan & Chautala factor will work in hisar distt. This is beacuse of the wrong planning of Mr.Hooda in ticket distribution and completely by passing the JINDAL HOUSE factor.

Dear Ramesh,

I was not assuming anything and concluding anything here. These were some of the question just came into mine mind instinctively after reading your post.
Though you have answered most of them and i am sure you will be having facts and figures to support as you were a consultant to most of B schools. I understand the process of admission in top Bschools in US is quite cumbersome but believe me politicians and business family students do have an upper hand in breaking through these schools because of background. I have seen candidates with better knowledge, experiance,communication skills etc. lagging behind to those with businees and political background.

I am not assuming that all politicians sons are spoilt brats or less intelligent and less hardworking. But why do only politicians sons come back and enter politics, not others. The philosophy in politics is same as in business. Businessman's son will be a businessman and now a politician's son will be a politician. They are counting themselves on their parents success in respective field.

I agree that management and leadership skills gained from MBA will certainly help. But then agiain an instinctive query pop up in my mind, why do they opt for MBAs not IAS? It may be that they won't like to serve the country under anyone rather serve the country having people under them. I may be wrong but what can be the reason I know not!

Sir u r right on wht u heard tht kiran threw mud on the family...but wht i wanna say is that she misleads ppl by doing her drama tht she is a widow, etc.....n when i say tht ppl know wht they r upto is to say wht all they do in delhi (which is not appropriate to write at the forum). the things abt tytler n ahmed patel r well known....i'm sure i don need to go in detail....but somehow the ppl appear to njoy there drama too....
n abt the family refuting kiran's allegations....mr.somvir has time n again refused claims n had also stated in his interview, plus shown papers which refuted the wrong allegations....he's an advocate from punjab university, unlike shruti from agra univ ....he knows wht he showed on tv.....also the papers spoke all wht he said ...i suppose u missed all tht....
u should not forget tht kiran n shruti had filed a complaint in patiala house in delhi against somvir n his family and to top it against her own mother in law (Smt Vidya) after bansilal ji's death that they all were a threat to their life.....imagine the extent of drama....complaining abt an 80 yr old lady who had just lost her husband....God's watching everyone....n then shruti says in her speeches that her dadi ji was captured by mahendra n somvir....lol
anyways....i'm sure there dramas r short lived since this time they were not heard while distributing tickets n don hv a strong group any more....
