just watched jail....... nothing spacial ..... if u know someone who spend some time in jail.... can provide more descriptive... and accurate scene.

There is more to movie than just special effects. This movie has no corelation to science. Total Waste of $10. I want my money back from this kaka mimi BS movie. What kind of force will raise water level to 29k feet, and inundate the entire land mass.

I recently watch Sankat City . Its very earthy n' cool funny movie. KK menon as usual steals the show, am big fan of him. He is so versatile n' intense actor that it feels the character is made for him only.

The real interesting part of movie is Haryanwi influence; ya Anupam Kher as Faujdar Jat acted well in negative shade but the genuine haryanwi was his goon Mr Lovely. Yeah, he looks to me a typical desi haryanwi pehlwaan. He is a pure haryanwi, witty one liners in original haryanwi dialect will leave your LOL :D

A good watch, gives 3.5/5

DE DANA DAN...... one of worst movie I've ever seen. i'll rate it 1/2 out of 5 that too because of Akshay kumar only. :confused::confused::confused:
 
500 days of summer

Okey... i thought this is a horror movie (thanks to 28 days later, 30 days of night!!). :D
Anyways it's sort of a romantic comedy. Summer is the lead female character and Tom is the lead guy.
Movie covers 500 days of Summer-Tom's relationship; narrative is non-linear which means 498th day then 1st day then 300th .. 10th then 341th...then 3rd day etc.
Story is quite simple. Girl is commitment-phobic type .. boy is kinda stupid and emotional jerk (lets call it 'sensitive') !!

I liked the movie.. acting is superb by the lead actors. All 'gaNe' (soundtracks) are great.
Dialogs well written; witty and short. movie not on high melodrama; but still kinda cute.

My rating: 4.5/5.0; Watch it if you haven't!!
 
Transformers!!!

Finally caught up on another cool one on my DVD movie listing... Transformers was the thrill of a flick by my standards!
I thought the first one was amazing (but they always are, aren’t they?) but kaboom,... Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen packed a mighty punch!

Everyone knows how it is with guys and cars.... but cars turning into glitzy, mean-machine autobots!??Q Wowieee....and the movie (like it predecessor) is all about amazing ACTION and more... and it is enough to wring out any childhood fantasy from anybody

Whether those autobots (and what are the evil ones: yeah, decepticons) transforming on the move, bashing the living daylights out of each other, or just standing and talking, these guys alone make the movie work....

Okay; that’s' all about the CGI effects.... [and I would be danged if I ain't going out and buying one of those cool toys that you can actually transform both ways (no...no dude! I didn't mean in the article 377 way) but autobot to automobile and vice-versa!]...now it is time to discuss some the real 'talents' in the movie...I mean the warm-bodied ones! (No... I don't mean it that way, dirty minds...observe after all I didn't say 'hot' bodies now, did I!?!)

The guy Shia LaBeouf who plays the main protagonist and the goofy person in it...amazed me with his acting skills and comic timings (I thought he was awesome in Indian Jones: Crystal Skull too!) is somebody to definitely watch out for in the future of Hollywood listings!

[BTW, in the Original/first Transformers this guy is shown trying to woo the 'woman' out in a park where she is hanging out, and also encounters her (Jock of a) football-star boyfriend who is strutting around merrily and who promptly ridicules him as 'hey dude, aren't you the guy that had 'tried' out for the football team?'....(accompanied for our sakes with a visual of LaBeouf being thrown on the ground at the trials, like a sack of potatoes!)...obviously quite intimidated with this mountain of a guy, LeBeaouf stammers just for a few seconds before retorting, "Trying out? Oh no..no! I wasn't...you got it all wrong; I was there researching for a book I was writing.... it's about 'football and brain damage'!...You should check out the book - it's really nice; it has nice little pop-quizzes, crayon coloring sections, and pop-ups!"....:D:D:D....!!!!!!
I tell ya, that scene is to be watched closely if you wanna know what I mean when I say he can carry it off like a dream!]...

...and finally, (and now I have to now pause here, take a deep breath, inhale and exhale.....whew!) about Megan Fox!!! I mean people (Read guy members!) even if you don't like cars and robots (what? You don't?)... dude, you need to go watch the movie... just for her being in there (with her big 'batty eyelashes' :))!!!...
[Though I heard folks have been mighty disappointed when she recently mentioned in some magazine about maybe having …ehm…'preference' for women! Darn, there I go conjuring up again the @##$%& article 377!]

Anyways, she has such a presence that I often wondered (throughout BOTH the movies matter of fact) that why were these stupid autobots (good guys) and decepticons (bad autobots) not fighting over her instead of some silly world domination ideas!!! (ahhh, but then they don't have............you know...........human brains yaar, of course! Why? What did you think I was gonna say?... There you go again, I am beginning to see how you think! :cool:)....
Anyways people, all I am saying is that if I were one of the autobots I would have definitely lobbied the director for some common screen time with her!!! :cool:

All in all... a must watch.... who knows, if nothing else to then to at least use a slick line and maybe tell your date afterwards that your car does all kind of tricks too..."If you would only care to step that way please?" (Heh! Heh! Dracula laugh).... ;);)

ps. ...and Optimus-Prime, Bumblebee? Guys.... you both simply rock!!! :)

hey why do not we follow the curve fitting principle of corporates here...i mean we have fixed points to be distributed for rating......like pick any 3 latest releases and 10 points and play......dat wil giv an easy choice for 1 movie at a weekend.....
