The desease of reservation must be cured as early as possible, but brothers, since majority of our population is enjoying some benifits of the reseration & our leaders are very very selfish, the policy of reservation cannot be withdrawn/amended so easily & there fore I strongly recommend reservation for jats and even other left over communities. If jats demmand reservation, other communities will certainly demmand which may not be possible & our leaders will be forced to rethink on the subject. Also when other equally placed communities such as yadavas, malies etc are enjoying the facility why not jats. secondly , what ever alternatives suggested by our few brothrs, good education, oppen seats, hard work, pvt sector jobs etc will steal be with us even if we get reseration. There fore I am sure there is no disadvantage at all to jats if they get reservation, for which we all have to be together in our thinking & action. regards

अब रही बात आरक्षण की तो भाइयों हम जाट " जर्नल कोटे " में आते हैं जिसमे हमारे लिए 50 % नौकरियो के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं | हमने चाहे कितने ही अच्छे शिक्षण संस्था से शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रखी हो , उसके बाद भी हम सिर्फ 50 % नौकरियो के हकदार हैं |
अब रही बात obc कोटे की तो सरकार ने इनके लिए नौकरियो में 27 % कोटा निर्धारित कर रखा हैं |
सरकारी नौकरियो की परीक्षाओ में जो आवेदक (obc या st ) मेरिट में आता हैं उसको जर्नल कोटे के तहत गिना जाता हैं | यानि के हमारा कोटा इससे 50 % से भी कम रह जाता हैं |
अब अगर जाटों को obc कोटा मिला जाये हमारा कोटा हुआ 27 % | हमारे जो बच्चे मेरिट में आएंगे उनकी गिनती 50 % के तहत की जाएगी यानी के हमारा कोटा इससे 50 % +27 % = 77 % | अब हम जहा 50 % नौकरियो में अपना सर फोड़ रहे हैं वही कोटा मिलने से 77 % नौकरिया हासिल करने के हक़दार हो जायेंगे |
हम आरक्षण को खत्म तो नहीं करा सकते पर इस आरक्षण रूपी चक्रव्यूह में घुस कर फायदा तो उठा सकते हैं जैसे अहीर व अन्य जाति के लोग उठा रहे हैं | और रही बात जाति परिवर्तन की तो इससे कोई जाती छोटी बड़ी नहीं हो रही | इस आरक्षण में बात रोजगार की हैं न के जाति परिवर्तन की | कुछ लोग खामखा अपनी कौम के लोगो को गुमराह कर रहे हैं इन ब्राह्मणों की बातों में आकर | ब्राह्मणों को पहले ही जाटों से जलन हैं उन्हें पता हैं अगर ये जाट obc में चले गए तो हर जगह इनका कब्ज़ा हो जायेगा इसलिए वो लोग हमारे भाइयो के दिमाग में यह बात बैठा देते हैं की तुम छोटे हो जाओगे | भाइयों ये ब्राह्मण तो हमें पहले ही शुद्र मानते हैं इनकी बातो को छोडो और समय की नजाकत को समझने की कोशिश करो |

1) The people I am in touch with like Narender Kharb, Justice tewatia Ji, Rakesh Sangwan, Comdt. Hawa Singh Ji etc. are non political.

Yes, it should be kept away from the hands of political people. We should seek their help but should keep them away from the leadership of such events.

2) Well I respect the thoughts of people who are saying that the need is to improve jats by education and all other things.

WHO ARE STOPPING THEM FOR THIS??

Come out ..... organise people .... DO IT .... But very sorry to say that JanJagriti a step forward from this site itself is finding hard to get volunteers for this noble cause.

Improving the education, resources etc are good thoughts but who will implement those? Also asking reservation and improving education, resources are two different things which can carry on side by side.

One is diplomatic and other one is Social.

We will be in win-win situation, the guys who are asking for social reforms .... please come forward ... give their names to Navin bhai for JanJagriti .... we are seeking more and more volunteers ... believe me the if we get the josh we find in posts of those writers in field we can make big differences.

Others ... please get in touch with Narender Bhai saab ... join rally on 8th Feb.

3) People who are against any kind of reservation .... should stop debating and come forward with actions .... any person across the world can do so ... by gathering any number of people.

If they are bound to some adverse situation and cant do .... then perhaps they should not spoil others actions.

Regarding reservation, I didn't understand your stand..

1. Do you think Jats need reservation?
2. Do you think reservation is the only charismatic door for jats to excel in every field?
3. I agree with you that its hard to find volunteers for NGOs because NGOs have be corporatized so the people.

I didn't find anything offending in your post and nowhere you have conculded anything from my profile. I appreciate your honest approach to this issue.
I am just curious to know the complete benefits of reservation for jats. There may be some charter statement:
% Reservation in State jobs
% Resevation in Centre Jobs
% Reservation in professional courses
% Reservation in private jobs as Mayawati is planning to nail down corporates also.
% Reservation in other states like Imphal, Trpura, TamilNadu as there are not jats there and we can get sure shot govt jobs there if we have some seats there..

If we really need this reservation then we definately need agitation like Gujjars.. Just curious to know one more thing, Why we are asking for OBC.. we can ask for ST also as Jat is tribe also.. I think benefits will be huge if we fight for ST..

of reservation for dalits and other castes in SC/ST quota, I have not seen any phenomenal change in their social, political, financial conditions. Almost 90% of chamars, dhanaks and other castes are living the life in same condition as they were living 60 years ago. It’s really puzzling to figure out why they were not able to get benefits of reservation.
Let’s talk about Christians, they don't have any reservation and I agree that they have strong financial backing for churches and missionaries, they setup better education centres for them. Christians are excelling like anything in this country. They are doing very best everywhere.

I strongly believe that if someone doesn't read history they often contempt the history. We really need to see all repercussions of reservation and other socio-economic factors before demand something as its an irreversible process.

Just you asked here why cant we demand for ST Quota,,how could you speak with out any logic ..dont you know there is some criteria for ST and OBC caste. People who are well establish they will not get reservation as they will come under creamy layer.

Bhai, yo caste system sari duniya mein hi hai. Christians mein Cotholic aur Protestants mein joota baaje hai, Musalmaano mein Shiya, Sunni, Pathan aapas mein shreshthta ki jang lade hai. USA jaise desh mein bhi habshiya gaila gore aadmiya ka joot bajya rah hai. China mein bhi maamla kuchh jyada alag na hai.
Bhai, rahi baat jato ke no. 1 hone ki to sun le baat. Jato mein Satpal, Sushil jaise pehlwan, Dara Singh jaise balshali, Sehwag jaise batsman, K. P. Singh jaise businessman (World's no. 1 Real Estate Developer some time back and 8th in Forbes' Billionaires' list), Ch. Charan Singh, Devi Lal jaise neta, Haryana, West U. Criteria is dynamic entity, they keep on changing with time. When we are asking for reservation, then let’s ask for something so that we grab the maximum share.. FYI, People in creamy layer are enjoying reservation and they are the real beneficiaries.
Now let’s come to my worry, I am worried because I know that we are just trying to shift the focus of our young generation to something very shallow.
Even I didn't understand why you are championing this cause from the top of the roof.. Until and unless u are seeing some personal benefits out of this..

I want every jat to be competitive, focussed and with little bit of common sense.. and I'll oppose all moves to deprive them from transparent system.

Jato aur gujjaro mein yo difference isiliye hai ki Rajasthan mein reservation ke kaaran bhaari sankhya mein sarkaari naukariyon mein jat hai. Gujjaro ne isiliye to pradarshan kiya tha ki jat jyada naukari le ja rahe hai. Jato ko OBC ka darja koi kal-parson se nahi mila hua hai, balki kai saal se mila hua hai. Baat maani ki ghane jat hai para-military forces mein, lekin bhavishya ko aur surakshit karne mein kya dikkat hai.
Sher agar bahaduri ke sath-sath lomdi jaisi chalaaki bhi apna le to fir wo uss sher se behtar hoga, jo kewal bahadur hai.
OBC ya ST etc. mein aane ke karan Jato ko choode-chamaaro jaisa nahi, balki kafi asardar aur chalaak mana ja raha hai. Yahi karan hai ki Thakur aur Bahman vagarah bhi reservation lene ke chakkar mein hai, lekin kyonki ye ekjut nahi hai, na hi inka kahi jyada jor hai, isliye shayad inke baski baat na hai. Jat reservation supporters and the luminaries who are leading this event for years now shall think on the lines of roadblocking, enetering parliament over 'creating more resources[jobs, seats in IIT, IIMs] than to indulge in apparantly uncussessful demonstrations. This is also a plausible fact that it could be achieved without political partys involement. Advertising about this upcoming event appears merely a ego booster rather than stuffy appeal.
