एक अदालत में ,जज ,लिपिक ,सिपाही अर चोर सब हों सें | इह का मतलब सब चोर ते कोणी मान्ने जांदे ,या तेरे अनुसार सब चोर हो गे के ?

court proceeds further when all these are present! - please address me as "aap" in hindi - (if you at all care for politeness). i find "tu/terae" rude.

VP Sir, spiritually some consider that hair are a sign of vanity, attachment to ego and self. So, a man/woman with a shaved head also represents an enlightened soul.

I think hair have nothing to do with enlightenment and spirituality. It could, however, be a sign of vanity for many. Similarly a man/woman with shaved head may not represent enlightenment in the real sense of word. It is quite possible that many such people (in both categories) could be frauds. It is very common in India to support beard and long hair to project oneself as an icon of spirituality & enlightenment. Also, some people shave their heads to impersonate spiritual gurus, Brahamcharis, Aryasamajis and pious Hindu Priests. Many of them have already been proved thugs and rapists. A good conduct and morality doesn't need to exhibit itself through a specific guise or make-up. It is the level of thinking and behaviour with fellow beings which is the real criteria of judging the level of spirituality and enlightenment.

Majority of our spiritual leaders in saffron attires, with long & unkempt hair or shaven heads are self seeking, misguided and disgruntled flops of yesteryear who seek worldly pleasures under the garb of sainthood.

vp ji priorities keep changing with age.aur bhi gam hai jamaane me in julfo or chehre ke siva.balka ki padai unka future aur ghar ghrasthi .I am happy with my gray and thinning hair.we all should try to maintain our health generally for a better life.

वैसे चलते चलते एक देशी नुश्खा पेशे नज़र या पेशे खिदमत है :
आंवले का मुरब्बा और चवन प्राश भी अच्छी औषधि हैं बालों और त्वचा के लिए I खूब खाइए और बालों को सुन्दर, घना और त्वचा को स्वस्थ रखिये I क्योंकि अगर बाल और त्वचा स्वस्थ रहेंगे तभी ना हम सब की जोबनिया बरक़रार रहेगी I प्रतिकिर्या लिखते रहिएगा मगर प्यार से I

VP Sir, so basically you are not a part of "some" who consider shaved head as sign of enlightenment. Agreed...:)

Ann, we shouldn't have a generalized view that all the shaved heads are enlightened by default. I have clarified that haired or shaven head has nothing to do with enlightenment. A clean shaven head could also be enlightened but not merely by virtue of its being shaved. It is not that one fine morning a moron decides to go to a barber's shop to have his head shaved just because he wants to fulfil his urge of being enlightened. By doing so he/she will not become enlightened overnight. It requires some basic intellect and a lot of reading and practical experience to get enlightened. And in this process, hair have no role to play, at all. But hair, of course, add to our physical/outward appearance which many of us cannot afford to overlook.

I supported your post that no-hair does not represent a "paapi", it can also represent an enlightened person.
