Nothing but truth, no disregard yo mr hawa singh truth can be verified from mr hawa singhji itself. i never written earlier but some members have force me to come out with truth, iy is not me but those who are misusing his name, coming out with personal differences by taking his name, friend they should be asked, what they want not me
 

I was registrar Central Administrative Tribunal of M P which is legal post higher than session judge, I member bar council of punjab haryana high court, I am numberdar of my village, i also involved in many other social/community service, i have lot of regards for mr hawa singh, so no question of jealousy. but the way some matured people write/comments, can create differences/jealousy between any members, why i am writing because neither i have relatives nor friends/fellows from my village to write for me to influence the opinion of members/moderators. please excuse me for putting across my feelings.

In earlier posts you used to claim your leadership as a pradhan of kharb khap, and why can't mr sura question you now?

The Gathwala Khap of Western UP and Haryana is very much same.

The head of Gathwala Khap is given the title- Dada.
Dada Baljeet is the Head of Gathwala Khap. He is from Ahulana( Ulhana in Haryanvi ) village in Sonipat Distt., Haryana.
The Gathwala Khap includes all Malik gotra villages... in Haryana, UP... anywhere....around 1400+ villages all over.
Though in UP, Dada Harkishan(Nishadh,distt. Muzaffarnagar) is the head of 52 villages and is called Chhota Dada but this too comes under Dada Baljeet.

Dada Baljeet has inherited the pardhani from his father Late Ch Bhaleram s/o Ch Matu Ram.
Dada Ghaasi, great-grandfather of Dada Baljeet was famous for his nyaay.

The eldest son of the pardhan inherits the pardhani and is given the title Dada.

Dada Baljeet presently resides in Gurgaon.

in my opinion ,
KHAP is a desh(small country)...land of which was acquired by people of same gotra or multigotra people .
and to mantain their stronghold they made social laws as favourable to their KHAP gotra structure.

for example :KHAP'S by gotra name
Sangwan chalisa - 40 village land acquired by sangwan gotra jaat's but sangwan of village kherakheri of gohana follow there KHAP rules of barhaa.

shauraan 52 and shauraan 25 acquired land of 52 village and 25 village separately but shauraan of village milakpur and rakhigadi village follow the norms of their roghiKHAP

ghatwala 84 and ghatwala 52 and dhaiya KHAP on the same base

MULTIGOTRA KHAP after the defeat of anangpaal tomar descendants of tur king of delhi under the leadership of jatu satrolla and roghi acquired the land near hansi area after conflict with pawar rajput exapmle of jatu pawar ka dhola near meham also in history books.

thus forming three KHAP's namely- JATU ; SATROL AND ROGHI
In satrol KHAP there are almost 55 villages and no intervillage marriages are allowed in these. and all boys and girls born in these satrol KHAP villages called satrol ka bhai or bahan

chogama-naungama-barhaa is the secondary concept of KHAP and

GOTRA KHAP as lke gatwala khap of 1400 villages is the later concept 100 -150 years back.
