Come the election time, next year and no party would back the Jat's support because all of them needs the non-jat votes. Further some of the aarakshan leaders would get trapped in aroma of getting a party ticket causing further infighting within the jat leaders.

Ex Commandant Hawa Singh Sangwan, State President of Akhil Bhartiya Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samittee stated that a few frustrated and disgruntled people are propagating to not vote in favour of Jat candidates during ensuing election particularly in Bhiwani District. Such people should know that 56 Assembly constituencies out of 90 in Haryana are Jat dominated but 27 MLAs are only from Jat community. 14 Non-Jat MLAs excluding reserved constituencies, were elected despite having less than 10,000 votes of their caste in their constituencies, by grace of Ch. Bhupender Singh Hooda and Ch. Om Parkash Chautala. Similarly, 65 Lok Sabha constituencies are being dominated by Jat votes but 24 MPs are only from the community. In Rajasthan, 9 MPs and 47 MLAs are from Jat community at present but they could never show their strength powerfully. All this shows lack of unity among the Jat community.
Three main parties in Haryana are being led by Jat leaders such as Ch. Bhupender Singh Hooda and Ch. Om Parkash Chautala. Ch. Kuldeep Singh Bishnoi is also Jat from Manjhu clan. Bishnoi community is also part and parcel of the Jat community, with the result Bishnoi community is likely to be considered as an OBC alongwith the Jat community.
Sangwan further stated that in spite of sincere efforts by our organization since 5 years, we could not create awareness among the Jats about their rights and power of votes. But it seems that those who are protesting against the Jat community will surely create awareness among the Jats because the Jat and a lion roar when they are disturbed/teased by someone. Therefore, we shall remain grateful if such people protest the Jat community out of Haryana state also to create awareness among the Jats. As far as concerned of the Jat reservation, it is constitutional right of the community and we will get it under the laid out procedure.

भिवानी। अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने समाचार-पत्रों में कुछ हताश लोगों द्वारा आगामी चुनाव में जाट उम्मीदवारों को वोट न देने के बारे में वक्तव्य पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि हमने बार-बार यह स्पष्ट किया है कि हमारा किसी के भी आरक्षण या जाति से किसी प्रकार का कोई विरोध नहीं है तथा हमारे संगठन का दलित समाज को पूरा-पूरा समर्थन व स्नेह है, जो हमेशा रहेगा। सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि हरियाणा में 90 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों मे से 56 पर जाटों के वोटों का बहुमत है, लेकिन आज तक 33 से ऊपर जाट विधायक नहीं बन पाए और वर्तमान में मात्र 27 जाट विधायक हैं। हुड्डा जी व चौटाला जी ने 14 ऐसे गैर जाट विधायक जितवाए(आरक्षित क्षेत्र छोडक़र), जिनके क्षेत्र में उनकी जाति के 10,000 से अधिक वोट नहीं हैं। पूरे देश में 65 लोकसभा क्षेत्रों में जाट वोट बहुमत में हैं, लेकिन वर्तमान में मात्र 24 सांसद हैं। इसी प्रकार राजस्थान में वर्तमान में 9 सांसद तथा 47 विधायक जाट हैं, लेकिन आज तक राजस्थान का जाट अपनी शक्ति का पूरा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर पाया। यह सभी जाटों में जागरूकता की कमी के कारण है कि जाट कौम को अपनी ताकत का अहसास और प्रजातंत्र में अपने अधिकारों का ज्ञान नहीं है जबकि प्रजातंत्र में बहुमत ही एक तंत्र है।
सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि वर्तमान में हरियाणा में तीन मुख्य पार्टियों के मुख्य नेता जाट हैं, जैसे कि चौधरी भूपेंद्र ङ्क्षसह हुड्डा तथा चौधरी ओमप्रकाश चौटाला को छोडक़र चौधरी कुलदीप सिंह बिश्रोई भी मांझू गौत्र के जाट हैं और जाट आरक्षण की मांग में बिश्रनोई समाज हमारे साथ है क्योंकि हरियाणा का बिश्रोई समाज जाट समाज का हिस्सा है। हम पांच साल से पूरा प्रयास और प्रचार करके भी जाट समाज को इकट्ठा और जागरूक नहीं कर पाए हैं। हम समझते हैं कि जाटों का इस प्रकार से विरोध किया जाएगा तो हमारा काम आसान हो जाएगा क्योंकि जाट और शेर छेडऩे से ही दहाड़ मारते हैं इसलिए विरोध करने वाले भाईयों से हमारा अनुरोध है कि वे केवल हरियाणा विशेषकर भिवानी को छोडक़र भी बाहर जाट विरोधी प्रचार करें, हम उनके आभारी रहेंगे। जाटों को एकजुट करने में उनका यह योगदान सराहनीय होगा। जहां तक जाट आरक्षण की बात है, यह जाटों का कानूनी अधिकार है और हम इसे कानूनी तरीके से लेकर रहेंगे।
उनके साथ रघुबीर सिंह बूरा, कुलदीप फौगाट, संदीप प्रेमनगर, सूबेदार उमेदसिंह बामला, सूबेदार बलवान सिंह बामला तथा ओमपाल आर्य उनके साथ थे।

Dear Ravinder, neither all bisnois were jats and whole nation knows that bigest enemy of jats in politics was Bhajan lal and his sons are no different, infact, it was bhajan lal who spoiled our earlier chances of reservation, CALLING Bhajan family jat is a serious insult to jats even if his family was part of jat community before conversion. In my views.......kuldeep bishnoi is the one who divides voters as Jat and non-Jat, he is against Kaps also ....dont include him in Jats and as per my knowledge bishnois are not JATs.

अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए बतलाया कि उन्हें पूरा भरोसा है कि हरियाणा पिछड़ा आयोग ने जाट समाज के साथ पूरा-पूरा न्याय किया है और हम राज्य सरकार तथा केंद्र सरकार को पहले ही लिखित रूप में अनुरोध कर चुके हैं कि जाट समाज को पहले केंद्र में आरक्षण दिया जाए। इसीलिए हमें इस बात का भी पूरा भरोसा है कि हरियाणा सरकार आयोग की रिपोर्ट को अपनी सिफारिश के साथ केंद्र में शीघ्र भेज देगी। सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि खापों ने ऐलान किया है कि यदि 15 दिसंबर तक आरक्षण नहीं मिलता है तो आंदोलन किया जाएगा, इस बात के लिए हमारा संगठन खापों को सहयोग करने के लिए पहले ही वचनबद्ध है, लेकिन यदि 15 दिसंबर तक आरक्षण नहीं मिलता है और खाप भी आंदोलन नहीं करती हैं, तो संघर्ष समिति अपनी आंदोलन की अगली तारीख तय करने के लिए मजबूर होगी और हमें पूरी उम्मीद है कि हमारे आंदोलन में खाप भी हमारा पूरा-पूरा सहयोग करेंगी।
सांंगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि 24 नवंबर, 2012 को दीनबंधु चौ. छोटूराम का 131वां जन्मदिवस जींद जिले के नरवाना कस्बे में स्थित चौ. छोटूराम पार्क में सुबह 11 बजे धूमधाम से मनाया जाएगा, जिसमें उपरोक्त सभी बातों का फैसला लिया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर रघुबीर सिंह बूरा, ओमपाल आर्य, जगत मिताथल, जोगेंद्र तालू, सूबेदार उमेदसिंह व सूबेदार बलवान सिंह बामला तथा संदीप प्रेमनगर आदि साथ थे।

धनाना के जाटों पर दर्ज केस वापिस करवाएंगे, कमीशन की सर्वे रिपोर्ट का स्वागत : सांगवान
अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने जाट धर्मशाला में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए बतलाया कि दीनबंंधु चौ. छोटूराम का 131वां जन्मदिवस समारोह मनाए जाने के लिए 17 नवंबर से पूरे हरियाणा में प्रचार अभियान शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि आरक्षण पर सर्वे रिपोर्ट सौंपी जा चुकी है, जिसमें जाट, जट सिख, रोड, बिश्रोई तथा त्यागी जातियों को पिछड़ी जातियों में सम्मिलित करने के लिए उचित पाया गया है, जिस पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए सांगवान ने कहा कि हम इस रिपोर्ट का स्वागत करते हैं तथा हमारा संगठन पहले ही राज्य सरकार व केंद्र सरकार से लिखित रूप में अनुरोध कर चुका है कि जाट समाज को पहले केंद्र स्तर पर पिछड़ी जाति घोषित किया जाए और हमें उम्मीद है कि राज्य सरकार इस रिपोर्ट को जल्दी से जल्दी केंद्र में भेज देगी। यदि केंद्र सरकार जाटों को 15 दिसंबर तक आरक्षण नहीं देती है, तो खापें पहले ही ऐलान कर चुकी हैं कि वे 16 दिसंबर से आंदोलन करेंगी, जिसमें हमारा संगठन भी उनका पूरा-पूरा सहयोग करेगा। यदि सरकार और खापें ऐसा नहीं कर पाती हैं तो इसके लिए हमारा संगठन 24 नवंबर को दीनबंधु चौधरी छोटूराम के जन्मदिवस पर अपनी भविष्य के आंदोलन की रूपरेखा तैयार करेगा।
सांगवान ने यह भी बतलाया कि फरवरी-मार्च, 2012 में जो जाट आरक्षण आंदोलन चला, जिसमें धनाना गांव के 71 लोगों पर रोड जाम करने संबंधित केस दायर हुए हैं, इसमें धनाना के लोगों की कोई भी गलती नहीं है, क्योंकि कुछ बाहरी जाटों ने अपनी नेतागिरी चमकाने के लिए हरियाणा के भोले-भाले जाटों को बहकाया और रेलवे ट्रैक तथा सडक़ों पर बैठाया, जिससे केवल जाट समाज को ही नहीं, आम आदमी को भी परेशानी हुई, जिसके लिए इन तथाकथित बाहरी नेताओं के खिलाफ ही मुकदमें दर्ज होने चाहिएंं, न कि आम आदमी के खिलाफ। हमारा संगठन निकट भविष्य में हरियाणा सरकार से मिलकर धनाना के जाटों के खिलाफ दर्ज मामले वापिस लेने के लिए कार्रवाई करने जा रहा है।

Dear brother Rajpal, I expressed my doubts earlier and now also about the intention of mr hooda or his inability to do something positive and this was clear to many people who are strugling for reservation including mr hawa singh sangwan and that is why he also started advocating/demanding reservation in centre before state, so you can calculate the end result, I still feel strongly that jats in our state are not going to get reservation under the congress/BJP govt, rest god knows, regards
