:) Ab PM ne apni takat kahan chupa rukhi hai jab economy lagatar niche ja ruhi hai or inflation badhta ja ruha hai??? aisi koun sa barhma-astra tha PM ke pass jo sirf ek bar hi chla 1991 mai... or uske baad lagataar fail hota ja ruha hai??? mugjhe to PM ki takat/weakness hi hypocrite lagti hai... :)


waise Modi's Model of economic revival and Manmohan's Model of economic revival (only of 1991) ek alag behas ka mudda hai... or is tipoc pe bhi ghanto tak behas ho sakti hai... or ek baat or agar tugjhe ye lagta hai ki 1991 mai Manmohan ne indian market open kar ke bahot bahi veerta ka kaam kiya tha or us baat ke karan usko weak PM bolne ke bajai... Accha leader bolna chahiye to ye bahot badi galat fehmi hogi... kyon ki modi hamesha 5 crore gujaratio (including parsies, sikhs, muslims, cristians etc.) ki baat karta hai or PM gujarat ja ke minorities ki baat karta hai... or PM ban-ne ke baad Modi 100 crore Indian ki baat karega, lakin Manmohan, assam ki rallies mai bolta hai ki Bharat se resources ke pehla haq muslims ka hai...

1991 mai Manmohan ne jo kiya vo World Bank ka diya hua suggestion tha... jo suggestion Mannu ko tab mila tha jab vo as Indian FM karja lene gaya tha... vo suggestion execute kiya to indian ecomony thodi revive hu thi... to vo koi mannu ki policy nahi thi... kisi ke free diye huae suggestion ka mannu ne itna to kha liya... 10 saal tak PM bhi ban gaya or kya desh uske naam karwa ke manega... or 1991 ke us by chance huae economic revival se mannu ki strength kaise pata chalti hai???

Bhai unke sach jhooth ki to baat hi nahi. Simple si baat hai, jo logon ne kaha woh opinion hai, jo stats kahe woh fact hai.

And fair enough we can wait for election. But I dont think we were discussing the Gujarat or Haryana elections. Modi will win Gujarat, I am sure of that. Its his PM candidacy that we are discussing.

And going abroad doesn't mean that you are well off.. I have friends who went to Ireland and Canada after taking huge debts from relatives.

Deepak ji, indeed data collection at the scale of a country or state has its errors of margins. This is especially true for a country like ours, where people dont like to share all their sources of money. So data like income doesnt cover all sources.

But, here's the thing - we are doing a state vs. state comparison. And this data sampling errors apply to all states and constituents. Hence it evens out. So we can compare data without worrying if the errors will skew any comparison.

I understood the intent of Pannu's reply. He wanted to share what he had heard and seemed like he preferred comments more than macro economic data. I was just pointing out the fallacy of such a course. Anyways I am sure you will agree that macro economic data collected for the whole state would any day beat hearsay.

Going abroad, at least in India, still means you are comparatively well off. No person below the middle class will be able to afford foreign travel, visa, stay etc. even if he takes loans. The lender doesn't normally give out loans to lower class as the guarantee of repayment isnt substantial. And I am from Punjab, with my nanke being in the Doaba region. So I understand the phenomenon of kabootarbaji pretty well.

I have my own views on Modi but Modi is the only CM out of all be it congress CMs or BJP CMs or from some other party CMs in India that is most talked on national level. Ab kuch to baat hogi :)

Credibility is destroyed even by a single such false point. And knowing Sanjeev, this isnt the first time he has posted stuff that is false and laughable. One must check and verify, i.e. use their own brains before copying and pasting.

Rakhi Sawant, at one point of time, was the most talked about person in Bollywood out of all stars and actors. Items girls were the rage and even though she hadnt 'starred' in a single movie, her pictures and comments were splashed across media almost every day.

How much is one talked about depends on a lot of factors. If the person himself wishes to be in limelight all the time by making statements and comments, then of course with news hungry media and masala hungry public will talk about the person. Doesnt necessarily mean, kuch baat hai :)

Nice joke Swaich, good one. Rakhi Sawant was talked after kissed by Mika and that too on India TV, I hope you never talked/discussed about that :). Modi is being talked as next PM of our Nation and that too by intellect people like you so kuch to baat hai :)

Lol..Not comparing people there. Just comparing the phenomenon of being talked about often. Of course, I'd much rather hear about Modi than Rakhi Sawant. :)

automobile hub includes... spare parts manufacturing + spares inport/export + automobile design engineering hub + automotive robots and machines ki manufacturing or inport/export + vehicles import/export and a lot of other things.... (P.S. - Include metro compartments + railways too)

tu to punjab se hai... ye bata sakta hai ki ludhyana mai to machines and agri utilities ki jo industry thi... jo hum 6-7th class ki geography ki books mai padhte the... uski aaj kya halat hai??? or agar acchi halat nahi hai to vo punjab se **** ho kar rajkot mai kab or kyon shift ho gai???

Who is talking about Modi being next PM? Everyone but BJP(no one endorsed him as the next PM besides Sushma saying he is capable)

  • People who are made to believe of his heroism by his PR machinery
  • NAMO TV, owned and operated by Gujarat media
  • Media- who also speculates Rahul Gandhi of becoming PM?


If you look at Modi and Rahul they both have darn similarity, both are projected as future PMs by Media and Common supporters of respective parties but none of the parties have made a single hint at either of them becoming a PM.

The difference, however is that Modi has created a 'push' demand for himself by marketing himself with huge expenditure where as Rahul is anticipated to be the PM based upon the historical analysis.
