It was challenged in up as well by yadav , it was challenged in rajasthan as well but point is what happened after that?aapko aisa lagta hai ki sarkar itni badi fuddu hai ki usne aisa kiuch socha nhi hoga? People even went to court at the time of agitation as well.

You being a elder member of the this forum and our caste should not be cynical for the pople who helped us in getting this.instead you should find who went to court and what was the intent.

Without any strong evidence you started commenting on Shri HS Sangwan ji. Your unwarranted comments on Ch H.S Sangwan made me think so. Either you put some strong and concrete evidence to back your claims or if you don't have one then please refrain from such remarks. It does not look good on you!!

If I had the answer, I would have stopped writing. I am curious because initially I felt that you were referring to Sh. H.S Sangwan ji. But as you cleared that you were not referring to Sh H.S Sangwan ji, but you haven't made it clear whom you were referring to?

i hv seen that some elder people (can be fake ids also) have a habit of making a big ado about nothing and then they bringing their age and social customs in it just to avoid feeling guilty or saying sorry or proving their point. such peoole are like -either my way or highway.

Also, one has to understand that if others are not using "ji" ,"sahab", "Uncle ji" etc while writing in English - it is not called disrespect. Engligh language doesnt force one to use these. better They can sit in the village chopal whole day and probably entire vill call them "sahab".
