Please respect her commitment to community because like other jat leaders, she was also sidelined from ministerial post in central cabinet after her open appearance in All India Jat community functions beginning somewhere in and since 2009. She was minister of tourism in first UPA govt. But then denied in UPA 2 just because her public and open support to her community activities. I hope I don't need to say that all such sidelining agendas have target all Jat leaders in centeral govt and cabinet. Sheeshram Ola is just taken back because now they need votes of Jat community otherwise why he was put behind the stage for 4 years. All 3B (Brahmin-Baniya-Bhappa) looted and enjoyed the country for 4 years of UPA 2 and now when they have to face general election in 1 year, Jats come in their mind.
See upto what pitiable importance our Jat community is being reduced by 3B's that our value is only for votes and they consider that Jats are emotional enough to garner votes on just basis of emotion and staunching a Jat leader a minister just before 1 year of elections....our community is really in big deep dark waterless well....

There are two ways of looking at this ....
What you mean by Jat ....an attitude ..........or a descent from jat blood line
She feels ...she has a Jat attitude and consider herself a Jatti openly stands for our cause so an asset for our community.
She fails on second count so it is a matter of individual perception.
I have re read the Jatland wiki and it gave the reference of Mr Hawa Singh Sangwan's book. It looks that the wiki page is saying that she has jat blood which I dont think is true. We need to remove the whole page from our Wiki or should clearly mention on what basis we think she is jat. Such false information can misguide the community and other readers.

If what you are saying is correct than there cannot be two argument in this. If she has no jat blood or connection (through marriage etc) she is no Jatni. Jat is not like a religion that anyone can adopt it.

Sure, she is a healthy woman, on a bit fatter side though. As we Jats are from hard working side as a farmer or as a defense personell, so we do give importance to size and brains. A well built woman gives birth to good progeny, which is essential for future generations. I think girls from mountains like those of "Gurkhas" are also strong although they might not be that tall but who cares as long as u got a good strong girl to carry your genes.

A Jatni is one who is married to a Jat. If a Jat girl marries someone from other community, she loses her genes in her future generations, she can not be considered a Jatni.
In north west of India we follow a patriarchal society for ages. So a girl who marries a "Jat" becomes a "Jatni" but we must make sure,that the blood stream goes as much as north Bharat or North West Bharat as possible. This includes Hmalayan range, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran. Irrespective of religion, after all we are all from the same roots and tribes.
