If so, I would be interested in knowing what would be the status of women in this new set up. Like men, would they be trained to hold top positions in the hierarchy?

Actually it also matters who is leading such movement. All Jats will adopt Jat religion. Who asked them to do so? Is that person or group of persons so capable that whole Jat community can be forced to adopt a new concept? It will also be noted in history that this person or group of persons made the whole Jat community adopt a new religion. I don't think there is any such right now.
It would be good if we try to eradicate the shortcomings first, no need to make any such segregation.

Jats always respected women, secondly such document will be drafted by repersentatives from men and women from all possible areas where jats are settled and would be approved by the majority, suggestions of all jats men/women will be considered, so if God permits the position of both will be equal based on respect, love, effection and justice
Firstly, such things should not be forced by power or personality, it has to be by willingness of all which can be by understanding/motivation etc. secondly, we cannot waite for God to take birth, the moment/work has to be done by the jats on this earth. First we to decide whether it is required or not, once requirement is felt by majority than ways and means etc would be discussed

Would you like to answer these questions?
1. Why do you want the Jats to adopt a new concept? If it is for getting the benefits of being minority religion/community in future, then would you like to share these so called benefits?
2. Who will be Jats' god as all other religions/faiths have some or the other idol? If you say no one, then you are dreaming of such a school where will be no teacher.
3. A religion doesn't have only one caste. So if some other castes also want to join this Jat religion, then would you like to allow them? Then they will also be called as 'Jats' and thus Jat race will be polluted as even a dalit will be called a Jat. If you will not allow other castes to join Jat religion, then what does Jat religion mean?
I have many other questions too and I also know that in coming time also people will keep suggesting that Jats should convert to Sikhism, Jats should leave Hinduism etc. I am looking forward someone suggesting the Jats should convert to Islam.
But why shall we follow such people? Hon'ble Fateh Singh Kharb suggests the Jats should adopt Jat religion. RK Kalkhande suggests the Jats should adopt Sikhism. First you two people decide what step we Jats should take. If someone greater than you will suggest in future that we should remain Hindu, then what should we do?

1 Benefits are many like political, economical, educational, social etc, no point in wasting time of every one here.
2 God is one for all and that is five elements which has created life and are sustaining the life, so same God remain for jats also, Secondly our Guru should be the written religious document which the community should draft, approve and adopt
3 IT CAN BE LIKE SIKH, where many castes are there, secondly name can be modified suitably.
You are welcome to ask any question but with positive mind, I am a simple jat, not great, being a jat I have suggested good for the community as per my view, but not necessary that you should follow. Do some home work and consider both the suggestions and come out with your views. we have given our suggestions now all brothers have to decide,
I had been supporter of the view that we should improve our present religious system but since many brothers like mr Hawa singh, mr RK Kalkhande etc suggested, I have also suggested another alternative for consideration. Brother, no body is great or greater, I feel we should not use such words in the interest of the discussion and brotherly good relations

. Please carry on with the thread.The best solution would be to overcome existing differences and follow the right path of existing religion. Moreover, We need some good political leaders right now to represent us not the religious ones.
I agree with some members here that we the JATS respects women but still we need to do some more work for women empowerment.

Separation from main stream was never a dream of our ancestors !! Thats why even when Sikhism was treated as pious it could not enter Haryana Land !!
Its undoubtedly true that Jats are different than other Hindus in almost all aspects yet being Jats we should not enter into mean hollow world of human created world of Caste, Creed , Region & Religion
Creation of Pakistan and subsequent fall of it as a nation is an ideal example for JATS not to follow caste divide lines.

Religion is an avoidable hardship and an unnessary evil. Let us get rid of it, if we have any. However, we can have a code of social conduct based on the existing material circumstances to conduct ourselves in a harmonious and systematic manner to avoid conflict of conventions being followed by us. But, again it seems to an utopia.

Elder brother, your all points (given above) are too excellent to be understood by me, so I don't want to waste your time with my views. Some years back too you started the same thread, but neither you adopted Jat religion nor other someone. I hope this time you and some others will surely leave Hinduism. Accept my well wishes for your Jat religion. But for god sake give up all Hindu religion related things i.e. 'Singh' in your name and other rites, ritual, festivities, traditions etc. Such people should adopt new non-Hindu names.
For around 947 years first Muslims and then Europeans have tried hard to eliminate Hinduism, but failed miserably. I will be a Hindu till my last breathe by the way.

Brother, religion is nothing but a code of social conduct only, my view is what ever jats follow/like to follow and some improvement in present system, should become official code of social conduct for jats.
Vikrant, jat is a caste, we are following a religion, so where is difference, who has suggested caste divide line,
You are right that you are unable to understand the matter of religion, I donot remember of having started this thread earlier, of course I did suggest on thread of Mr Hawa singh that instead of sikh why not jat religion, I also advocated that we should improve our present setup, who told you that in jat religion one has to leave present name etc, Every thing will be according to the liking/wish of jats. My aim is not to divide jats but an idea given for the whole community, if some brothers not interested than no need for going for new code of social conduct
