The Haryana Reservation was challenged in the Court by Brahmins after Bhajan Lal led Congress Government came. By then the Janata Dal Government had fallen and Narsimha Rao led Congress government had come to power in the Centre.

We wish the court approves the Cabinet decision in toto; that would be final word on the issue.

First of all I want to clarify to all my Jat friends that there is concept of Creamy and Non-Creamy layer in OBC quota .. So economically forward won’t be able to avail the benefits of OBC quota..
Following people fall under Creamy layer:
1. Whose either/both mother or father is Class I/Class II officer or has been promoted to Class I/Class II officer before the age of 40 years whatever their income may be.
2.In case,parents of a child are Class III or Class IV employee,they will be considered non-creamy irrespective of the fact that their gross income exceeds ceiling of 6 lakhs.
3.Ceiling of 6 lakh per annum is meant for the people working in private sector or having income from business.
4.Whose parents are presently at Constitutional Posts too will be considered Creamy.

I have not made these rules.Infact these rules were made by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and NCBC. Concept of Creamy layer is not in case of SC/ST quota.

Moreover Ms. Khobragade was from SC community.

For your enlightenment a OBC person earning Rs 49999/- will avail the reservation. Does it need a reservation when he can afford all amenities required to get education. So who will avail this reservation kids of people living in cities working as Bank Manager. What about the kids of a farmer living in village on 2 acre land?

So reservation is not required we want it because others are getting it. Deservation should be more important factor to get a job and all should get uplifted to get better education to have a level playing field.

FYI...the limit was 450000/-PA in last LS elections and was increased by Congress to get OBC votes to today's limit.

It is correct that under the present state of politics and

objective conditions prevalent in society, the change in criterion

for Reservation category other than caste, is not going to be

No Jat worth his salt to community must oppose inclusion of Jats in Reservation category of OBC List at centre.

Those who are not eligible for taking the advantage of the opportunity or are not willing to take advantage may, at least, keep silent on the issue if they do not want to accept it.

They are free to compete for open category seats in educational sector or services; None is going to force anyone to apply for reserved category.

After having got the reservation category enlistment in Central Government O B C schedule of castes, this is the question of prestige for the community not to loose it under any circumstances. Hence the community must try all out efforts to retain status quo .

Sampat sing congres candidate has openly admitted his defeat in hisar and he has accepted jat vote polarization against him and non jat votes favoring kildeep vishnoi.

i am sure people wud hv voted for congress had your sangh not taken the thekedari of jat votes. the effect of thekedari of jat votes by yor sangh will also come to front on this day. be ready brother.

i beleive this sangh was more responsible to alert other castes like yadavs etc against jat candidates from congres like sampat singh, shruti etc

Don't get me wrong, I am all for extending the helping hand to needy. Most of my family is in village and may get benefit in future. However all I am saying why do you or me or anyone making almost 50000/- need a reservation.

The reservation was meant for 10 years to uplift the downtrodden but now it's been going on for so long. It's not because of downtrodden has increased it's to divide the our society.

I feel strange when people are looted in different ways and given reservation for votes. Do you know how many acres of land acquired from the farmers (mostly Jats) and given to industrialist's in last 10 years vs jobs created. The same Govt. who worked as dalal gives you reservation to makes you happy.

Let me think...since the PSU are dying your next move will be force reservation in private companies and what next?

Unimaginable but true...no one is talking about job creation in this country, which will make people not fall for these unnecessary tricks.
