They are bound to be in real trouble not only in court but in real life as well. News of their blackmailing activities will travel far and wide and not many boys will come forward to marry such girls. Slowly Jats are getting united on this issue.

president of Sarav Khap Sarav Jaat Mahapanchayat’s women wing has sought
a judicial inquiry into the molestation alleged by two sisters in state
roadways bus in Rohtak.
She said “Five women have come out in
support of the three accused youths and have affirmed that the boys
didn’t molest the sisters and former’s claim cannot be ignored. The
quarrel was over a bus seat and not over the molestation alleged.
Moreover, it is hard to imagine that
three youths could molest the girls in a bus in Rohtak region and no
co-passenger opposed them,” she pointed out.
“Had it been the case,
other passengers would have thrashed the boys as the people of that
region could never tolerate such misbehaviour with the girls. Following
this incident, another video of the same girls thrashing a boy in a park
has surfaced. How come whenever these girls thrash boys, someone is
present to record it. It looks like a publicity stunt,” she pointed out.

The khap leader criticised the government for honouring the girls
and said the state’s action was irresponsible. Despite ordering an
inquiry into the matter, the government announced the bravery award on
the basis of a video clip. Moreover, the boys have not been proved
guilty as yet. If the boys are guilty they must face the music, but if
they innocent, they must get justice since their future and carreer are
at stake,” she added.

In the Rohtak Bus incident several things existed

1 Bus 2 Bus Driver 3 Bus Conductor 4 Bus Passengers (male & female) 5 Accused Boys 6 Bold Sisters 7 Mobile phone video Shoter 8 video loader on internet etc etc

I am sure each shall get justice as per deserving; from the Indian Democratic System. I have tried my best to locate anything more concrete but could not locate the figure JAT in the entire episode as mentioned in worthy press report (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/...ryana-bus-thrown-off/articleshow/45329182.cms)

I apprehend injustice to that poor ignorant figure (JAT as referred in press report) knowingly mingled in the controversy.

The other thing that is disturbing minds of a common person that the identity of the accused and affected helpless sisters has been shown in a different way

1 If accused are Jats (By Caste) then who are the bold sisters
2 If bold sisters are OBC (By category/Class) then who are the accused (Gen, SC/ST, OBC etc)
3 When and How Jats have been treated as excluded from OBC by media/press
4 Is there or shall ever exist any figure that can clarify position of this poor (JAT)

I think I am tracing irrelevant from the relevancy.

Classic example of bad journalism. Prominent newspaper is indulging in promoting casteism. What a shame. I haven't come across an article where a newspaper quoted Baniya/Punjabi like the way they do with Jaats.

Media is very biased towards Jaats.

रोहतक की तथाकथित बहादुर बहनों वाली "कहानी" में अब उन लड़कों के
समर्थन में उनके गाँव की महिलाएँ भी आ गई हैं. जिन बुज़ुर्ग महिलाओं
की सीट को लेकर झगड़ा शुरू हुआ था, उन्होंने भी थाने में आकर कहा है
कि सारी गलती उन लड़कियों की थी. मीडिया ने जिस तरह से इस
घटना को लेकर "एकतरफा" और दूसरा पक्ष जाने बिना, "TRP की भूख" के
चलते इसका प्रसारण किया तथा हरियाणा सरकार ने भी बिना मामले
की जाँच-परख किए जल्दबाजी में उन कथित बहादुर लड़कियों को ईनाम
की घोषणा कर दी, वह बेहद निंदनीय है...

असल में बहुत सारे ऐसे क़ानून बन गए हैं, जो उपयोगी तो हैं, लेकिन
जिनका घोर दुरुपयोग हो रहा है. दहेज उत्पीडन तथा दलित उत्पीडन के
खिलाफ बने क़ानून के दुरुपयोग के कई मामले लगातार सामने आते रहते हैं.
हाल ही में दहेज के झूठे केस में फँसाने के बाद, सामाजिक दबाव न झेल सके
ससुर और दूल्हे ने आत्महत्या कर ली थी, बाद में पता चला कि लड़की ने
ही गहनों और पूर्व प्रेमी के चक्कर में आकर दहेज मामला दर्ज करवाया था.
इसी प्रकार शासकीय कार्यों में भी "दलित उत्पीडन" के केस में जानबूझकर
फँसाने अथवा धमकाने के कई मामले सामने आते हैं...
मीडिया (विशेषकर इलेक्ट्रौनिक मीडिया), जिसके
अधिकाँश रिपोर्टर चीखने-चिल्लाने वाले "लगभग अनपढ़" और हर मामले
को हिन्दू विरोधी चश्मे से देखने वाले "ठसबुद्धि" हैं. लेकिन कम से कम
सामाजिक संगठनों और सरकारों को लगातार सामने आ रहे ऐसे मामलों में
विशेष सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत है. पता चला है कि सेना ने भी अब उन
युवकों की नियुक्ति रद्द कर दी है. जैसी कि संभावना है यदि रोहतक
वाला मामला झूठा निकला, तो उन लड़कों का भविष्य तो हमेशा के लिए
खराब हो गया... इस स्थिति से बचने के लिए "जल्दबाजी"
नहीं होनी चाहिए, पूरी जाँच-पड़ताल के बाद ही थाना-केस-अदालत-
सजा आदि होना चाहिए...

मित्रो ईस सारे प्रकरण ने ‪#‎Aajtak‬ or ‪#‎Newsnation‬ दो चैनलो ने टी आर पी के लिऐ जानबूझ कर बगैर जाँच पडताल के दिखाया है , यह सब मात्र टी आर पी बनाने के खेल मै किया गया है !!

The behind the seen investors in media and real-estate are same. The only way they can get land at cheaper rates is by ruining the farmers, thereby, forcing them to sell the land.

P.S. The congress CM's (specially the last one) have been worst in terms of land-grab. :(

It seems large section of media and 75% public has now turned against girls. Image of girls will become like that of devil, " jisko dekhte hi log door bhagne lagenge". These girls are going to face tough times for sure. Lagta hai ibki ber galat fansgee yen ladkiyan..

वैसे तो यह पोस्ट न तो जमीनी घोटाले पर हैं और न ही कोंग्रेसी मुख्यमंत्री पर , पर जाट की आदत हों हैं वो एक टेढ़ी हलाई जरूर घालया करे |

 
Even if the boys apolgized in polise station, it would not be considered unless it was done in front of SP etc. Station men bekasoorwaar bhi apna gunaah kabul leta h, psychological pressure houga, pitayi karri hougi. Ek bar sarkar bhi ladkiyon ko inaam ki ghoshana karke peeche nii hat sakti. Fouj bhi vaapis nii legi abh unko, kuch naa kuch bahana lga denge. Kasoor toh unh ladko kaa bhi nikalenge hii. Funny thing is one of the girl is saying "Kanoon m likha hai kii agar koi 2 min sey jyada kissi ladki sey bahas karta hai toh voh molestation hai":stupid:. Pura kanoon padhkar, jamkar teyyari karrke bus m, park m ladne jaati hen...dono surma.
Moral: Agar sarkar latkayegi toh latakna toh padega chahe aap saahi ho yah galat.

guys are well mannered n behaved still after having gone through so much of mental agony.

Girls go mumbo jumbo after being asked simple questions and went to generalize things than making any point. Showing random certificates n medals..
Even though they appear to be well prepared with a notebook in lap, but they couldn't answer even a single question.
Got angry over host of the show, and walked out of the discussion in aggression.
They are ready to fight to anyone who dare to ask them questions.

Satinder, I believe this video is as the window in the mindset mindset of the boys and girls! One can safely conclude by seeing this that the boys couldn't have behaved inappropriately in front of so many co passengers as alleged by the girls! That too on their on route that runs through their own village! There could be people from their own village and known to them! As a whole the boys look well behaved village kids!

To the stupid argument about the video shot in the police chaunki, I would say that any sane parent and kids would do the same! As a father of a grown up son, I would react same way as the father of this boy did thinking that something would have been commented or loose remark that was not appropriate and thought remorseful, embarrassed and in anger beaten up his own son forcing the poor boy to touch their feet!It is only later own that he listened to the version of their own son and other boys! And look at the father of the daughters, pathetic looser got busy in shooting the incident!
Now it is my sincere view that after these boys are out of this mess and I believe they will, should sue the TV channel that flashed the video, made the boys look like monsters without even bothering to find the other side of the story if not the truth! I know, it wouldn't be easy for the poor village folks and they would need help! I believe, there will be help available somewhere!
