Blaming others for our problems is our inherent characteristics. If no one, God is always handy to be blamed.

1. High quality stainless steel dustbins were provided by NOIDA and many other authorities. Within no time most of them were stolen by our so called innocent public.

2. Almost all sections of metal railings in Delhi are broken and stolen by public.
3. Wash basins from many toilets constructed during Commonwealth games have been damaged or stolen.

Same old story. Nothing new about it or unprecedented.

Where are the lessons learned from past?

This is happening for a long time. But what did govt do to not let this happen again?

Where is the framework in place? Why private malls are clean?

Why metro is clean compared to Indian Railways?

What is the difference between these two?

Where is the focus on changing your system that is rusted to the core. No accountability nothing. No one gets fired for not performing. Same old policies, same old principles, same old ineffective ways. How come then this govt is different. Lets not blame people of this country for this mess. Govt is more responsible for this mess than anyone else. Govt is wasting hard earned money of tax payers. This govt focus is more on advertising than real actions. Bhasans etc will never solve such issues my dear sir!

No government in world can address more than 5-10% of national problems. Remaining 90-95% have to be delt locally by people themselves. If people are not honest and responsible, no government can do anything. Keep blaming government if that makes you feel happier.

What an indepth observation? All I can say is -- keep drinking that Kool Aid. There is a time lapse from policy formulation and policy implementation to ground results. There are people who see everything as obstacle and road block, then there are others who look at journey and start cleaning up the path.

So far, Modi and his Govt. has belied the aspirations of the millions of Indians they created before the elections!
This is only reason that their followers are taking credit for factors the govt has no control over rather some of them claiming that modi has successfully invoked the Gods that resulted into lower fuel prices! Senior BJP leader Arun shaurie has rightly observed that "burtano ki aawaj to aa rahi , lekin khana nahi aa reha! Meaning, only announcements but no action or results so far!

When will we start analyzing events and news ourselves and stop taking cue from someone else opinion. I stopped reading this crap after the heading of "Framework of Impunity". This MV Ramana fellow <hopefully> is the same guy who worked for BARC. His claims are dubious at best. The reactor flaws he is taking about have been fixed 40 years ago. I can say for fact, Indian NUKE Scientists like him are dime a dozen. These manufacturers have every reason to fix the problems in their reactor since liability laws both (criminal and financial) can send company into bankruptcy and office bearers to prison for life. These opinion writers of India are the fine example of why this nation is such a **** hole and will remain so forever. We as nation spend more time in petulant squabbling, pathetic and ludicrous arguments, take pride in incompetence. We are always part of problem but never participant of solution.

Sir ji, read some facts in the article published on the Hindu. There is no tangle benefit associated with these Nuclear reactors. They are expensive, difficult to mange the waste and other liabilities. So no rejoice sir ji celebrating this cause.

It would be good if you could share [give link] which shows these results because the sample of the data collected from the respondents with break up in rural/urban, political/non-allied, educated/uneducated and so on so that the picture could be cleared whether this is sponsored by some vested interest] or independent survey.

The only nation that is not an **** hole is the one which sells it's nuclear warhead junk. This is the junk on which it's spending billions, so why not spend some in bribing and paying a few to post on public forums.

Any idea why these nations themselves are not building more nuclear rectors? May be there is some solution in there?
Produce cheap electricity and save billions on oil and save the environment too. Have these nations who are selling this nuke gone suddenly gone dump, so that some briliant chap can give a solution to India's problem?

this is a stupid excuse. the house are not legal about you are talking . our mentality is to think about only our-self .We are selfish people . we made house on illegal land and therefore blame to government that we have no transportation no water no electricity. its a sick mentality. If there is shortage of land then is modi is responsible for that??no we are responsible .

And who said that only farmer should give kurbani .....but if farmer is getting satisfactory amount with a job also and same can help to kick the economy of country then where is the problem.

For your kind information I spend 25 year of my life in village I did farming . I spend wet winters nights in kheet ...I spend my days in more than 40 degree temp and after-that I was very much clear that I can't have a good life from the land I have but I still love my land but it doesn't mean that we can't be progressive .

every farmer want to give a good education to their kids and want a good job . no one wants their kids to involve in farming.
