    Do you think anyone earning 4.5 lakh p.a. is so disadvantaged so as to need reservations?Doesn't he have a significant advantage over people earning less than 1 lakh?My family income was always below that threshold when I was a student and I never felt disadvantaged.
    he definitely has.but people earning less than 1 lakh are not staying in cities,as per the conclusion derived from the whole debat

    Even I have no idea about the 10:90 ratio...somebody mentioned it one of the posts and i picked it up...at the national level its 28/72 as mentioned by you..but since majority of the jats belong to rural areas so we can continue with the 10/90 thing.
