"National Commission for Backward Classes will hold a public hearing at SIRI FORT AUDITORIUM, AUGUST KRANTI MARG, SOUTH DELHI on 10th. February 2014 for the inclusion of JATs of Delhi and 8 other States in Center's OBC list.
More the people attend this public hearing, more are the chances that JATs will be included in Center's OBC list.
If the number of participants are large enough, National Commission for Backward Classes will be convinced that JATs indeed do desire to be included in the Center's OBC List. Take a note that this IS the reason for the Public Hearing.
