अपनी पसंद खीर शक्कर....अर शाम के खाने के बाद रात ने गुड की डली गरम दूध के साथ..खाते खाते बतलाए जाओ गुदडा में लोट के ठण्ड में...भाई हमने ते खीस भी बहुत अच्छा लागे से..गाम में जिसकी भी भैंस ब्य़ा करती बना के घर दे जाया करते ..वो बखत ए अलग था...बाद में पता लगा जब डॉक्टर बने की खीस इस actually is colostrum that is full of antibody A ..very healthy for human..फेर ओर राज़ी हो गे ...

मेरे हिसाब से इस List में एक अवगढ है ...जाट को मिटाई का नाम नही.... देशी घी और दूध खूब भावे ......फिर वो चाहे चूरमा होवे या हलवा .....की खीर.....!!!!!
 
चूरमा चूरमा हो स लाडू लाडू हो स खीर खीर हो स जलेबी जलेबी हो स. भाई स्वाद सारे न्यारे न्यारे


चूरमा Easily मिल जाया करताकदे हो खा लिया करते
खीर अर हलवा वार त्यौहार न खा लिया करते
लाडूआके लाडेबहुत थे और बयाह शादियाँ म होड़ ला क खाते भी भोत देखे ( आज बेसक कम वोट मिले हो पर जाट अर लाडू अलग अलग ना स)
जलेबीका नाम सुन क मुहँ म पानी आपअ आ ज्या स (if served hot, but no contest of Original Matu Ram ke jaleb)

bhai original original ho se .... churma to chrma ki dhall kahhan me ae swadd aa se ..
 
New upgraded and so called some branded shops had diluted the taste of Ghevar, infact spoiled the taste.
Ghevar in its original plain taste with less sugar, totally soft and spongy in nature is still available on its very old and famous TAAL WALE KI DUKAN in Sonepat Halwaihatta and two more shops there (old ones). Rest all others even in sonepat are just only the names.
