Jato ki izzat issliye hai kyonki wo desh ke foodgrains stock mein sabse jyada yogdaan dete hain, wo mehnat se kheti karte hain. Unke paas jameen hai, taaqat hai. Kaagaz par OBC likhe jaane se ye khoobiya khatm thode hi ho jayengi.

There are too many genuine arguments for both, having or NOT having reservation for JATS. My logic is very simple. Hardworking and intelligent JATS even without reservation have achieved wonders when we compare where we were as a community 100 years back. We have achieved what we have despite opposition from almost all communities and systems. And it is my belief that JATS will continue to dominate many facets of national life proportionately.
However, if reservation can give an advantage to the poor and disadvantaged JATS, I am for it. The creamy layer thing will come up again but then that is another topic.
Now as far as the point regarding JATS and other so called backward castes are concerned, well may be in villages we don’t share ‘Hukka Pani’ but in cities the reality is different. The so called upper caste individuals are servants of the officers who are SC/ST. In the Armed Forces I have seen Brahmins polish the shoes of an SC/ST officer. This is a useless argument. For all those who believe in humanity, these things should not matter. Yes, society was divided in different classes, sometimes for need of occupation and other times for exploitation. The main issue is the continued and relentless exploitation of the poor by the rich, irrespective of class, century after century.
I also know one thing that it won’t be very difficult to get OBC status for Haryana JATS. I hope there would not be any violence during the agitation. Because the mixture of crowd in a violent situation in the NCR is such that whatever the outcome and whosoever be responsible, JATS will be blamed for it. Just like JATS were blamed by the media for riots against SIKHS in 1984.

Brother I never belied in taking thing free, what ever I have achieved & have with me I got after lot of hardwork. I belong to yadav dominated area, hardly any jat seen in our area but with sincere hard work, from class one till matric, I remained monitor of my class, repersented Haryana in national volleyball championship, repersented punjab university in inter universities Badminton, elected president of my college students union, became general sectary of first Haryana students union, first jat boy from the village to pass graduation, first person to get direct permanent commission in the Army from my area, got married with one rs sagan no dowary not een spoon was taken, in PT course my record of 10 miles run remained for many years, probably first officer who participated in national cross country competition as capt of all three serices team, while in sevice, I did three masters, LLB & many post graduate diplomas, first Army officer who was appointed Registrar of CAT of a state, Now doing a good business for last 9 years in Gujarat & many more all with hard work nothing free. I am managing national kharb khap for last almost 30 years without collecting a single paise from any body, after death of my father I am lumberdar of my village, this is second term as member state sainik bord & doing my best service to my village people as well as ex servicemen of the state. thus please rest assured, I never believed in taking any thing free. If at all I have to take some thing I prefer to ask permanent happiness from GOD rather than looking towards human being & that also from people who are living on foreigners mercy & have nothing in there hand.

Future is asking us to find new avenues and best way to search them is to improve the skill level and then go for jobs.. almost 2 lakh delhi ppl work in Gurgaon's call centre.. Majority of them have same degree what jats are carrying for Police bharti. Only diffrence is they can't speak english.. No, Reservation is not going away. In Future, there won't be much govt jobs so there will be less benefits of reservation

Aisi koshish gujjaro ne ki unhe peet diya gaya. To reservation lene se jato ka samman aur badh gaya. Ab yadi 4 aadmiyon mein koi hamein kahe ki tum to OBC ho vagarah vagarah to hum unhe kahenge ki ham apni taaqat ke bal par OBC hain. Pandato aur Thakuro ko kahenege ki tum aisa karke dikha do, tumhe maan jaaye. To reservation lene se to jato ki taaqat ka ahsaas hua hai. Ho sakta hai sabhi jaatiya aisa kare to ye reservation system khatm hi ho jaaye.
Main tumhaare iss jajbe ka samman karta hoon ki hum reservation ke bal par nahi, apni mehnat ke bal par kucch karna chahte hain. Bahut badhiya baat hai. Lekin baat ab ye hai ki Rajasthan aur West U.P. ke jato ne to aarakshan lekar dikha diya, ab Haryana ke jat aisa kar paate hain ya nahi. Haan, ye main fir kah raha hoon ki main reservation ke bilkul khilaaf hoon aur na hi maine isska koi laabh liya hai, lekin ye fir kisi bhi caste ke liye nahi hona chahiye.
Abb rahi baat Khatkar waali ki rikshaw chalaane aur kele bechne waale bhi to bechaare mehnat kar rahe hain vagarah vagarah. To main Khatkar Bhai se kahna chahoonga ki ye duniya badi jaalim hain. Koi bhi rickshaw chlalana aur kele bechna nahi chahta. Un logo ne majboori mein ye kaam kiya, padh-likh nahi sake ya gareeb hain, issliye ye duniya un becharo ke saath theek dhang se behave nahi karti. Kisi factory mein helper beshak bahut mehnat karte hai, lekin jab factory maalik unhe gandi gaali deta hai to wo sunn ne ko majboor ho jaate hain, kyonki yadi naukari chhodte hain to baahar 10 helpler aur naukari ke liye khade hote hain. Factory maalik to manager ko bhi gaali bakne ki sochta hai, lekin issliye nahi bakta, kyonki usse pata hain ki yadi ye naukari chhod kar chala gaya to naya aadmi aasani se nahi milega. To ye chhote kaam karne waale bechare log aatm samman kho dete hain. Mere kahne ka bas ye matlab tha. Maine kabhi kisi gareeb aadmi ko aisi-waisi koi baat nahi kahi. Main to bas iss duniya ka kissa bata raha tha.

Pandato aur Thakuro ko kahenege ki tum aisa karke dikha do, tumhe maan jaaye. To reservation lene se to jato ki taaqat ka ahsaas hua hai. Ho sakta hai sabhi jaatiya aisa kare to ye reservation system khatm hi ho jaaye.

Factory maalik to manager ko bhi gaali bakne ki sochta hai, lekin issliye nahi bakta, kyonki usse pata hain ki yadi ye naukari chhod kar chala gaya to naya aadmi aasani se nahi milega. To ye chhote kaam karne waale bechare log aatm samman kho dete hain. Mere kahne ka bas ye matlab tha. Maine kabhi kisi gareeb aadmi ko aisi-waisi koi baat nahi kahi. Main to bas iss duniya ka kissa bata raha tha.

Why one need RESERVATION is to be Financially Sound in society. Yes or No ?
Can one explain why other castes in general category are not asking for it , if its that much good ?
If one is saying that educated youth in villages will get jobs....then Jobs are limited!
For the sake of 2 out of 1000 , we shouldn't be ready to call ourselves BACKWARD.
Money flow in villages should be increased , by making agriculture sector as an industry sector ,
shops of agri products , with no influence from GOVERNMENT in setting prices. It will help in
Increasing LAND PRICES at par with CITIES.
Help in controlling nexus of Govt officials and Land Mafia ....as if AGRI Products are sold at good competitive rates no onw would sell his motherland.
Shops can be run by even those who don't have sufficient land holdings.
